Think this weekend is 10 weeks for me. Addict brain is planning how to celebrate it. I have cravings. However in the wise words of flat an hour of "fun" IS NOT worth feeling like shit for 2 days. I'm having a word with myself.

Love the idea of a pyjama range! Having hot baths and pyjamerating is my go- to abstinence method at the moment.

This season I'm rocking pink fluffy ones with tiny cold turkeys embroidered on the front and slippers so huge they prevent me calling my dealer for fear of public ridicule.

It sounds a bit lame but could you try a really hot bath and getting all tucked up in bed instead? Stick on some distracting tv and nail your hands to the bedside table?

Ride it out for a while then see how you feel in an hour if you can. Surf with us, keep surfing.

I have been taking shit for years, sold coke a looong time ago, but recently started getting back into it again.

I need to stop, it's stupid!

I'm a SAHM and DP doesn't earn loads, but we are manage to pay bills, have v decent home cooked food, and still take a shed load of the white stuff.

I have Wine and my fags, plus some home made Cake if yu'll let me join.

I need a group like you guys.

(PS, sorry for lurking for so long, but it felt like watching my life played out with other people, it was just nice to know I wasn't alone!) Blush
