I'm swimming! But will be the last for a long time - so not being too bad and trying to just enjoy it (but still checking in with you guys so am obviously feeling guilty!) Hope you are all pyjama rated and you shall feel sooooo smug tomorrow - please don't rub it in!

Ok I'm in.
I'm not a regular partaker. I can go months without.
But then...just a leetle bit...and I'm lost for weeks.
In the middle of a lost episode here. So impressed by all who stay on the surfboard... I'm trying desperately to clamber back on. My problem is that I can cope: I can function, go to work, look after DC and all that and not feel too bad. I don't get comedowns like you guys seem to get.

I agree, it's very possible to function on it. Cocaine has the sneaky effect of making me feel sharp, productive and completely in control when in reality I'm off my nut on Class A's and probably not that productive at all .

He also says we can use his portable float as an ash tray while we watch him demonstrate various surfboard techniques.
