I'm not all yellooow this morning. The band were alright, it wasn't a Cold Play concert but they sounded quite good. Just had a few drinks, 2 Jager bombs (no drugs) and forced myself straight to bed when I got in!

I had one small dip in the sea last night but was woken up with flowers, cards a glass of fizz and the smell of breakfast cooking - so all is good in the Zig hood this morning

I shall treasure my Golden Surfboard. I've definitely made progress, there was a time when going out at the weekend wouldn't even happen without a bag of tricks in my pocket. I can have a good night without it which is unusual (for me!)
