are they silky smooth with no cracked heels or discoloured toe nails? have you lumps and bumps on your to joints?

yy and grating. Even though feet still encased in converse for majority of time. Is there a horned hoofer nail colour recommendation for when feet are out (in CLOGS)?

I came home at lunchtime today to change into sheepskin lined boots and get me parka

have been ped egging like a trooper however

with the body brushing and foot grating i must have lost at least a stone.

it was icy today

blardy freezing but is warmer tonight. might be tempted to remove a layer. my feet need to be free to the elements.

i am cling-filmed up. Have grated, flexitol-ed and scraped away tons of skin and over-grown cuticle while OH was eating his dinner on the sofa beside me (nice!). I am expecting miracles people. Living in the Big Smoke, a chiropody job would cost a fortune - am too tight for that so will continue to DIY.

Can we have a weekly check in? If I do a full job once a week it'll keep the worst at bay.
