What ballet flats are you buying for Autumn?

Considering these but they're expensive for what they are. But I want soft leather, and I like the elastic strap. Fed up of wearing trainers in the 'in between' season.

Has anyone found anything lovely?

I know this is S&B and I just scrolled to the end.
Shoes this flat are so bad for your feet
When I see people wearing them, they just look painful as no support and if you tread on a stone or something accidentally, it will be so painful
Also it looks flat footed and uncomfortable to keep on. I just imagine clawing to keep them on

This thrrad really shows we have been patiently waiting for the return of the ballet flat. I love them. My eyes are on the air and grace mary jane.

Ballet flats went out in the early 2000s. Dreadful for your feet and not applicable for any weather.

@LimeShade, actually, they are back in now. Plus, some of the new ballet shoes actually have a small block heel, so they aren't entirely flat, so none of the clawing you feared @FelixDoublyDelicious. The support is quite good in the ones I just bought, so they don't look flat-footed.
They aren't wet weather wear though, I agree.

You really have to have incredibly slim ankles and legs for these kind of shoes .

I used to go barefoot everywhere I could up until a few years ago (I'm in my late thirties) and still go barefoot frequently, and I've never had any issues with my feet. But then I live somewhere with a more temperate climate than the UK. So I don't find flats to be an issue, though I'm sure some people do.
