The regulars on the thread mainly discuss luxury BAC and this dies down by September when everyone has purchased and forgotten the contents. Then it goes into discussion on what’s selling out, what hasn’t and what deals and discounts to be had on ACs in the lead up to December. Then in December we move onto AC opening threads!

The SpaceNK and Cult Beauty spoilers aren't tempting me yet so unless they reveal some amazing skincare products then those will drop out of the running. So far only Liberty is tempting which is probably not a bad thing as I only found advent calendars last year and bought 5!

That's a great collection and it is expensive stuff. I bought the balm off qvc years ago but sent it back. Did nothing for my skin and I didn't like the smell. Different strokes for different folks, as they say. 🥰

The Cult Beauty one has started releasing more skincare spoilers, which are interesting me a little bit. But I need to see the whole content list before I can decide 🤣 I'm not interested in the makeup as much, so the rest of the skincare in the box needs to be amazing!

Do you mean the adventcalendar.co.uk site says 'spoiler'? It's a crap site, it seems to just dredge information from the web. It also says it's £250 but Space NK have announced it'll be £260.

The only sites worth using are Really Ree, Beauty Detective, and beautyadventcalendar.net. Over the years they've been very reliable, and transparent where something is unconfirmed.

Cosmetopia has started doing her Youtube video reviews. She's such a refreshing change from the usual instagrammers who are all 'obsessed' with everything.

I’ve just watched Cosmetpoeia reviewing Liberty. I agree with almost everything she said - except I would have counted the two small items that are available for sale in with her ‘full size, do count’ calculations.

Every time I see a tiny set of something being offered for sale, I always think: ‘GWP purchase, folks!’ ever since I started watching her vids last year. She’s saved me a bit of money along the way!

Having said that, I like the Liberty calendar - it’s just horribly expensive, imo. I couldn’t bring myself to spend £145 on SpaceNK last year, (and I think that was better overall - although hardly any DODs for me in this Liberty and quite a few in SNK last year!)

Love cosmetopia - and that K18 damage mask is amazing!!! The hair oil though, I’ve got and, meh. But hair oil rarely does much for my hair so if hair oils work for you then it might be worth a try.

Interesting. I wasn’t keen on the K18 mask from Space NK last year. Every time I ran it through my hair it broke off a load of strands. I tried it a few times, and I also did the warm in hands to make it go white before applying technique.

I liked the Colour Wow spray, and Sam McKnight and Percy Reed hair products though (a mix from Space NK & John Lewis)

I'd be pretty happy with that list from SpaceNK if it turned out to be true. I'd prefer the Tatcha product to be the new Dewy Milk Moisturiser but I wouldn't mind trying the Vit C Brightening serum.

Whether it's a guess or not I think the new MediK8 serum could well be one of their star drawers. I'm currently using it and like it a lot so that would be a win for me as it's pricey.

Cult beauty have just posted another spoiler showing the K18 product in their AC. Also confirmed the Medik8 Vit c tetra.

Yep. Had already decided that any calendar with Medik8 peptide serum would get my business. Space NK is really the only likely suspect for it now as Cult have a different Medik8 product in their spoilers.

I do love their vit c’s too though…

I love the K18 mask so that’s great for me from Cult.

@JoRaRaRa It’s on their website. I signed up for priority access, and it said the calendar will be available to order from September 3rd.

I hope Space NK will have revealed by then because I really don’t know which one to order
