Oh I've just remembered that I got the u beauty eye cream in the Harrods calendar last year, I've yet to use it though 🤣

Just de-lurking to say it's quite possible. I used to work for L'Oréal years ago and if you'd looked at the address, you'd have seen the same one used for Lancome, Garnier, Ralph Lauren perfumes, Kerastase - loads of brands under one parent company.

No idea if it's true but my understanding was that technology filtered down the brands so it doesn't seem crazy to think they're the same ingredients. The higher price point used to be as much about packaging, shopping experience (counter with consultant vs in a supermarket) and getting the new technology first.

But it was 20 years ago, so could all be rubbish!

That's actually really interesting (and long been my suspicion about some brands)

Ooh thanks for this. I love Nuxe. It doesn't say what it's 'worth' though so I'll have to consider carefully. I was also lucky enough to win a gorgeous Nuxe gift set in our Scarecrow Festival raffle so I do have quite a few products to use

@RainbowZebraWarrior Harrods haven't given their 'worth' this year which is odd. I wonder if the pressure to top it each year means a lot will stop announcing an exact value.

I’ve seen the Nuxe calendar on reduction in January a couple of times before (I think on Escentual and maybe Look Fantastic or Sephora too) so maybe worth waiting for the sales if you’re not wanting it as your main calendar.

Was space and Sephora this much later than others last year releasing or maybe I’m just getting impatient but I love this part of searching them as much as the opening x

I also noticed that Harrods haven’t given their ‘worth’ to any of their calendars this year, which is strange.
Random Lifestyle Vlog on YouTube has a breakdown of the products included in the beauty calendar and she estimated the contents to be worth around £1500 so it is still a high value advent.

Yes I feel like they were in September. Possibly we will get some spoilers.

Nuxe products are really good. I like their Merveillance products as they're just as good as Elemis but a bit cheaper (and I love Elemis)

@JoRaRaRa I think that’s just the wishlist/prediction/speculation from the half of Space NK that don’t know what the other half are doing. It’s weird.

What’s the usual price point for the SpaceNK AC?

Ah OK, I got excited and was about to go on to a work call, so I just posted without properly reviewing 🤣 But now looking at the photo, it's clear that they're not actually in front of it, that they're just edited with it 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think they’ve said it’s £260 this year.

There was a K-18 leave in conditioner in last year’s Space NK. I think it was full sized.
It was absolutely amazing, completely transformed my damaged hair.

I would never spend that much money on a single product, that’s why I love the calendars so much.

I know they can’t repeat the item, but I’d be so disappointed to see an oil rather than a mask or conditioner.

It does now describe the list of contents as a spoiler now, rather than a wish list, so maybe those items have now been confirmed. 🤔

I didn’t get the Space NK last year but remember it having the k18 hair mask and an Olaplex hair oil. I wanted to try the hair mask so grabbed one from Vinted. It is pretty good.

Interesting re: SpaceNK

I am not that interested so far, ( and the Phlur vanilla smells vile on me 🙀).
