Is this bag tacky?

I’ve had my eye on this bag for a while since the zip broke on my River Island cross body bag.

Basically I want a cross body bag with the wide strap as they are really comfy to wear.

I do like the colour/style, but I’m a bit unsure about the logo. I’ve never bought a bag with that price tag, always just River Island or Accessorize.

I have one similar but a thinner handle/shoulder thing (thing- my brain has stopped working!).

I personally don't like the shoulder strap (STRAP!! that's the thing!), but my opinion doesn't matter, all that matters is what you want and like.

As long as you can get your phone, keys and whatever else in it then buy it.

If it's the price, then take a screenshot of the bag and use Google lens (android. I'm assuming iPhone has similar?) to find something similar to that bag and within your budget 😊

The KG bag is fine but the branded strap is a bit tacky.

First of all I'm very angry at this thread because I don't need any more bags. But I have never seen Pom Pom London before and I was in the market for a new crossbody. Does anyone have the city plus bag? It looks really big but also I'm 5'9 and plus-sized myself so I'm thinking I could carry it off. My current bag is a Lululemon in a similar style but it's just a teensy bit too small.

Yes, I have the city plus and TBH it's the one I use the least and much prefer the Mayfair plus. I am 5ft 10.

I searched Mayfair on the US site and it brings me to original and original plus. I think they're the same as the Mayfair, but I messaged the company to check.

Have a look on YouTube ,there's a review of the differences between the sizes which I found helpful.

I personally hate anything with a brand name showing. It screams tacky. Understated good quality with no name is so much classier.

Wedding guest outfit advice please.

I’m 1.60m short and am a size 16. Aged 65. I have blond hair. I don’t like my arms. I dread looking frumpy! I don’t think black is suitable - I prefer corals, reds, florals. What should I be looking for?

These bags are no longer in fashion. Everyone had/has one. I’m sure there’s something better out there.

Tbh who needs a bag these days? Everything is on phone, credit cards etc, I rarely use a bag.

I think the visible branding makes it look cheap (and actually looking at the sale price it actually is!). I was bought a kate spade camera bag years ago, the shape and size of the bag was perfect but it had a thin black leather strap and a tiny spade symbol on one side which I kept facing my body 😂
Saying that, I’m generally quite anti-bag and other than for work and going through the airport (where I take one of those little Uniqlo half moon ones) I never carry one so my opinion really counts for nothing!

I think it’s a bit dated and ubiquitous.
I would go something without logos.
