DD says this isn’t fashionable for me

I keep going back to the Passenger website and really loving this warm cosy fleece.
However, DD (20+) says it’s camouflage and not fashionable at all.
I get Alaska/fat face outdoors dog walking type vibes from it and think it would be so lovely and warm instead of my old boring waterproof.

Now this isn’t waterproof clearly but on rainy days I’d wear my waterproof. But on fine days, I’d just wear this with my jeans.

Even my mum says she doesn’t like it.

Any other ideas for cosy fleece for dog walking if not this?
I thought it was really cool but I’m clearly past knowing what ‘really cool’ is anymore ….im under 48 and over 45 😂 and would probably need a 16 or 18, although reviews say it’s relaxed fit.

If you carry your weight up top then it could look bulky but if you want to buy it buy it, doesn't look overly unfashionable to me at all.

But does anyone else like it?

I’m a total introvert and I like to not be noticed.
Ive never had a patterned fleece before. And DD mentioned it was akin to someone wearing a wolf fleece! 😬

I carry my weight on my tummy and mostly thighs and bum.
My mum always says chunky clothes make me look bigger (rude lady!) but perhaps she’s right.

Ooh it's nice!! I love it. Get your jacket and enjoy wearing it. Walking should be about being comfy in clothes that you love not a chuffing catwalk 😀

I saw someone in a terribly unflattering jacket today all I was thinking was she looks so WARM! (Can you tell it's gone suddenly cold here?)

I agree with your daughter that it’s not fashionable. But, you say you want to be cosy and warm, and wear something a bit different, so if that is more important than being in fashion, I would go for it.

Ok, so this is the sort of honesty I was wanting! 😉

If my mum had taken fashion advice from me at that age, she'd have been in a ra ra skirt with a massive perm.
If you like it buy it. It may or may not be the height of fashion (I wouldn't know) but it's not "out there' and you won't have passers by staring at you.

Can anyone recommend a toasty fleece that is more acceptable/heading towards being fashionable.

I like the style but think the camouflage effect is awful tbh

Passenger is a certain vibe. My DD age 17 likes their stuff.

Passenger’s retro outdoorsy thing is quite in right now although that’s perhaps not quite on that trend
If you like it tho who cares either way, especially if it’s for walking the dog!
