New thread. Woke (blooming cat) to find it’s nearly full.

My trousers arrived and the sizing is a problem but I love them both - especially the wax green gabis

@Theteapotsbrokenspout they definitely come up big. I was a 6 in old sizing so ordered the 8 and it's just slightly bigger than the old 6. Wider at the calf though which I think I prefer

That wax green looks gorgeous, such a lovely colour. Did you find the 8 too big? I think I'm more of an 8 in trousers actually, unless they happen to be really undersized.

@Netcam - they fit really nicely, in a sort of slouchy way - bigger than my beige pair, and I'm just a bit worried that they might stretch and be too big. I'm going to try them on again tomorrow and make a decision - the colour is beautiful!

Thanks @faustina I've bought the Canvas cotton gilet. I'm finding the website a bit glitchy. Hopefully a bit more will be reduced as there's nothing else I want currently.

It’s a smaller sale than I had envisioned. Went with a small basket. Wonder if more will be added or that’ll be it as it’s such a short one?

I think we just stumbled upon it in the very early stages perhaps? I was only on the site because I returned both pairs of trousers (wax green gabi and the check Alix). I wanted to try the gabis in the next size down, and the alixes in the next size up, with a view to reordering the slouchy size 8s if the sixes turned out too neat. Anyway, I ordered a six in the wax green, then put sale in the search box and there were the gabis £40 cheaper! I've -re-ordered the 8s in case they sell out because the colour is so lovely. I hope the alixes will be reduced too!

I ordered the Mayflies silk shirt which is silly because it’s still an £185 silk shirt that you can’t wash. I’ve been waiting for it to be reduced for ages though! Not enough of a discount in my opinion.
Its quite a small sale and it ends Monday!

Gone back in again and ordered a t shirt and a long sleeved roll cotton top and the cotton crinkle dress to try in Puck (aka bottle green), as I absolutely love the orange version I got in the summer.

I am expecting the crinkle dress to fit as I bought M in the summer, but I have no idea about the tops as the reviews for the t shirt in particular were conflicting. It’s the Alda, does anyone have it? I ordered M and if it’s too small, so be it.

It sticks in my craw to order L but I did so in the long sleeved top because if reviewers sized 8 were saying M was tight, I stand no chance of one fitting!
