Do you go to a salon on a regular basis and get acrylic extensions or gel overlays?
Or do you just have natural nails?

Natural here.
Good and strong but I keep them short because long nails give me the ick.

Occasionally apply polish myself to fingers
Toes mostly painted but I give them a week off occasionally and massage oils in during that time
