I tried that dress @AFingerofFudge ! It was before the final reduction but i didn't think sizing down would help me in particular. If it's available and you can, and if you're a pear like me, then getting a smaller size to try might help you decide?

I bought the silly pink tee. It was only available one size larger than i know well fit, having tried the same in another colour. But the cotton is so soft...

It is! You should try it out. It’s a bit expensive, is a treat for a special occasion

My final order, which contained a whopping NINE items, is almost all going back. It was a strange mix of fit (too tight over the bust and/or too long, my usual Toast bugbears) and style (quite a bit of 80s expectant mother going on), which is frankly a relief.

The one thing I'm considering keeping is the Mühlbauer hat, which I've had my eye on for at least a year and have considered in past sales. It's insanely flattering and high-quality, but I'm unsure on the colour, and indeed how much wear I'd get out of it.

I miscounted, sale closes in a few hours. Any more for any trivets?!

I was sorely tempted by that patchwork gown @SmaugMum . That and the sports loafers are the items i felt i couldn't splurge on!

If anyone is trivet tempted - I would recommend the cord trivet over the fabric one. Also recommend the small linen wheatbag (you may need to search for it- doesn't come up on listed sale items for me).

@Stoic123 me too the ecru one is much better. I also have the blue one but it’s a bit flimsy. Do you also have the wheat bag set? Do they stay hot for a long time?

Just to add that the linen wheat bags are great in the fridge or freezer for this hot weather.

I’m using my blue fabric trivet for hot lids and handles more than as a trivet - works well for that (not at all enabling ).

Today I'm wearing the cotton linen wide leg trousers in slate, with the lys top,which I can get away with not wearing a bra under (OH did a visibility check in varoius light settings!!) and is like wearing nothing at all it's so thin. This was after initially going for the olive oil dress, but I have to wear chub rub shorts and a bra under that and I didn't fancy wearing nylon/synthetics next to my body today - I shall be on a very hot bus later.

Was very tempted by the trivets as our new kitchen is due to be completed this week.

Placed a last minute order for some trousers. I've much preferred the longer sale and freedom to buy one or two items at a time.

I am wearing the mexican tile print kaftan from a couple of seasons ago ...No bra arm but I am busty...I wonder if I can get away with it out to the supermarket...

I had hoped that they would upload some more returns this morning , but it doesn't look like it

My linen blend dungarees arrived today. Am a bit unsure - they fit well but I am not sure about the wide leg. Posting a pic for thoughts - apologies for the strange stance!
When I looked at the trivets I was amused to see a photo of a mushroom resting on one. A useful place to keep your mushroom when you’ve taken it out of your front pocket 😁

I was saved from myself as I ordered the bitter chocolate linen jumpsuit in a large as I have struggling to get them on and off. Anyway they sent a small (the swing label was correct but it didn’t match the garment label and it certainly was a small.

@TheChattyRat I think they look fab on you - I’d definitely keep them if I were you #enabler

Feel relieved the sale has finished tbh, don’t have to visit the website every day now.

I'm very relieved because there had been no news of the linen cotton shirt/jacket I ordered last week. Finally heard they'd despatched it today. I'm trying to work out how long I have to return the gansey and t-shirt (was hoping to try the shirt and only keep one thing)

Hi, delurking to ask a question if that's ok? @Laska2Meryls would you mind sharing how you find the fit of that dress? I've lingered on it on eBay one or twice. I'm a 12-14 - would a M be right? It looks great on you so I'm tempted to buy it next time it comes up!
