Before you all say don’t be ridiculous, you’ll look like the bride- there is no bride- it’s a gay wedding. I love this. lOVE it. Could get the floral one but of COURSE I want the cream one. Can I???????

I love this dress but certainly wouldn't wear it to a wedding especially in white. Maybe speak to your son and partner.

SpikeySmooth · 10/02/2022 20:23

Noooo....too much! You'd take the focus from the grooms!

Both dresses are too frilly.

Lovemylittlebear · 10/02/2022 20:23

Floral is lovely :) not the cream!!! But the floral one is lovely x

user1493494961 · 10/02/2022 20:23

They're awful, (both of them). I wouldn't pay £4.50 for them let alone £450.

FeckTheMagicDragon · 10/02/2022 20:24

@Kenworthington I know. You’ll just look like you want to be one. And the centre of attention. Still bad form.

MissBPotter · 10/02/2022 20:24

I really like it in any of the colours except ivory or black. You will look like you’re trying to be a bride if you wear the ivory.

userxx · 10/02/2022 20:24

@FeckTheMagicDragon

No. You will look like you are competing with the bride. Really bad form.

There is no bride.

The dress is beautiful.

DogsAndGin · 10/02/2022 20:25

No you can’t wear a floor length cream dress

Rozbos · 10/02/2022 20:25

Cream no, floral yes!

RJnomore1 · 10/02/2022 20:25

Ask your son

It’s gorgeous…

LadyPropane · 10/02/2022 20:25

So sorry just rtft and saw the floral option... I think that one would work

I think if I was guest I would think you looked like you wanted a lot of attention at your son's wedding when he and his husband should absolutely be the centre of attention.

It is gorgeous though! Can you find another event to wear it to??

titchy · 10/02/2022 20:26

Lovely, but not the done thing to upstage those getting married - which this will do massively. Probably more so given that there are two grooms tbh.

Savingpeoplehuntingthings · 10/02/2022 20:26

It's very 'look at mee' when as his mum you would surely want the focus to be on your son and his partner. Bad form imo.

justustwoandmoo · 10/02/2022 20:26

I agree. They are beautiful but Nooooooooooooo 😀😀

FreakinFrankNFurter · 10/02/2022 20:26

It's a fabulous dress but a bit too 'look at me' for someone else's wedding.

TheHoptimist · 10/02/2022 20:27

Even the model looks crap in most of the colours
Unless you are 5 foot 10 and under 8 stone this isnt the dress for you (or anyone)

RaraRachael · 10/02/2022 20:27

It looks like several dead birds sewn together Hmm Not my cup of tea I'm afraid, but each to their own.

3luckystars · 10/02/2022 20:27

The way I look at a clothing website is, that is the very very best that dress can look, and it’s still not great. Even on that beautiful model. So it’s an absolute 100% no from me, for any occasion.

pictish · 10/02/2022 20:28

“There isn’t a bride!”
There is now.

I personally don’t care about wedding outfit etiquette so if you like it and you think your son won’t mind, go for it. Nothing wrong with a bit of flamboyance.
I think it looks far better in the black than any other colourway though.

Not if you have breast above a 34

TickerTocker · 10/02/2022 20:28

I think it's lovely and you should absolute wear it if you love it Smile

Kenworthington · 10/02/2022 20:29

Sad times. I really love it. Oh well. I’ll have to find something else. I COUlD ask them but they’d say yes to anything and honestly they wouldn’t have a clue a)about womens outfits or b) what anyone should or does wear to anyones wedding.
