I'm going back a bit but the swingy denim dress - I know a few of you bought it but did you size down from your usual toast size? I'm kind of tempted

Thanks @billydilly I'm 5 ft 8 inches so they would be cropped on me. Hmmm...

@TheChattyRat - I tried it on and returned as it was quite tight on the bust and then huge elsewhere. I think there are pics on the previous thread

I thought the fabric was a little too thick for the style actually, and felt they stuck out a bit in places as a result. Front pleats don’t work well for me, so they were a no for me. Actually those cotton trousers are out of my price range now ..sadly I think most of Toast is now .. but I have enjoyed it whilst it lasted... 😢

The trousers look much better on you - I'm heavier up top. They were more cropped on me (5'7") and I prefer the length on you.

@faustina- thanks for the advice on the Novestas. 39s fit well and I'm happy with them.

Now wondering whether I should get another couple of pairs before price inflation hits them too. Considering Ecru and Olive. Will take this pair out of a good walk tomorrow to test first.

Has on this thread worn them for a while so can advise if they last/wear well?

@Stoic123 which colour did you buy? I managed to spill a cup of coffee on mine before even leaving the house, but luckily you can't really see because of the colour. I've worn them a few times and they're really comfortable - also thinking of buying another pair!

You're so lucky! My last cat died just before the pandemic and I thought I'd have a few years where I could just up and off on exciting travels without the faff of cat sitters - I've barely left my postcode since, and I've missed having animals so much
