They really aren't a scandi norm. People just wear coats with hoods instead.

I have really silly taste in clothes, love bright colours, hoods, puffas and dressing warmly. And yet this makes me laugh every time I look at the picture.

I do an excellent impression of a submarine periscope when I wear my puffa coat - just think of the hilarity I could have with one of these!!!!

@Mundra - yeah, but Australia’s a big place with lots of different climates. Some places even have snow in the winter. Currently dying atm (37’c) but escaping to cooler climes as soon as financially possible.

It gets really cold where I live and scarves are really not a solution because they don't tuck right in down the back.

Tbh I don’t think it’s that bad. They aren’t intending for it to be a top seller, they know it will be controversial. However it does match a certain aesthetic on social media with smart/casual layering eg hoodie with a blazer so presumably there’s a market for this too

I've just bought these boots from river island, which were an excellent price for leather and a lot nicer than the fascist shoulder coat/hood/whatever it is!

I've actually got a few coats that I keep wishing had hoods, not sure this is the answer though. The pic of it in black where she is just wearing it over a jumper is hilarious :P
