I think the Queen probably retired fully when she said Phillip was. I don’t know whether she has done any ribbon cutting for a while.
But the ribbon cutting etc is only a small part of the job, and probably not what she would consider most important. It's the red boxes, the weekly audiences with the PM, receiving Commonwealth representatives, all the other things that happen behind the scenes, that are the real job.
She'll be at the Cenotaph in November, unless she's confined to bed for any reason, whatever else she does or doesn't do. The 11th is actually on the Sunday this year, the actual centenary of the Armistice. I should think Philip might be there too, even if he only watches from the window.
