Wasn't Arthur Edwards banned, along with other royal photographers, at some recent event? Was it Louis' christening?

Been lurking on all these lovely threads, I thought I was a royal gossip obsessive but you lot put me to shame - I’ve learnt so much! I collect cheesy royal memorabilia (even have a 1981 royal wedding digital watch) and looking forward to getting one of those tea towels!

I just read a report saying S.Markle is in London for a 'confrontation' with her sister. I doubt she'll be allowed within a 100ft of Kensington, so I really hope she's not planning some sort of tacky stunt at their Sussex engagement.

I love reading these threads, but never have anything to contribute as you are the source of all my royal style and gossip news! However I saw this picture on Facebook of Camilla and thought how good she looks, so I thought I’d share it here. She definitely always strikes the right tone style wise, and seems to look better with age. Hair and make up immaculate. Not hard with all of Charles’ millions I imagine.

I once worked with someone who'd met Camilla in the flesh and claimed she looked like "an old Diana". So clearly Charles had a type, although rumour has it they spend more time apart than together these days as he lives at Clarence House and she has a house in the country. But if it works for them...

is hilarious as it wouldn't surprise me if she really was like that!

I am actually really fond of Camilla and I didn’t ever think I would be. I love her hats and her outfits as well.

I read somewhere that anyone who has met Camilla likes her, apparently she has a great sense of humour and is good fun.

I like Camilla too. I would never have said that 20 years ago.
But she has proved to be stable and discreet.
Charles has finally looked genuinely happy and at ease since he married her.
I loved Diana, but she & Charles we’re born a generation too early, so were forced into an unsuitable marriage. Charles should have married Camilla in the first place

This generation of Royal ( the European ones too) appear to have much more stable marriages by being to marry non aristocrats who had careers, divorcees and even single mums.

It's a shame Charles didn't take a lead out of the king of Norway's book and say that if he couldn't marry Camilla then he wouldn't marry at all.

But then the truth of their courtship has never really come to light, has it? There's conflicting stories - some say HM didn't approve, others say Camilla got bored of waiting around and married APB instead. Who was quite a hit with the ladies, though you wouldn't guess to look at him!

But then we'd never have George, Charlotte and Louis!

There's been a gay wedding in the royal family, but no outfits to gaze at apart from the rather snazzy velvet jackets worn by the grooms!

I read that Camilla always liked APB but he was also seeing Princess Anne, so she used Charles to get back at him.

Charles went off with the Navy, APB proposed, and they married.

Don't think it was ever a case of Charles dilly dallying.

Isn't APB supposed to be the inspiration for Jilly Cooper's Rupert Campbell-Black? I think he's always played the field, although he and Camilla are on excellent terms and their children seem fairly well-balanced individuals.
