I've been putting £5 away a week since last Christmas for this so I can purchase guilt free and as I organise the whole of Christmas for everyone then I think I should get a treat to look forward to. Personally I think I like the look of Harrods this time.

I've got the Glossybox calendar and the Deer Body Shop one, am very tempted to get the Look Fantastic calendar too though!

If anyone fancies the LF advent, thats the free gift to go with it. No money off though!

I've finally succumbed to the Elle advent calendar via Latest in Beauty at 50% off. You have to be a subscriber so I took the cheapest package at £9 for three products, got £5 off with their first box code and plan to cancel before it renews and ordered the calendar separately after that.

I was tempted by this when it first came out but resisted...

It's on sale at that discount without being a subscriber from tomorrow but I didn't want to risk it selling out!

The Debenhams one is down to £35. I'm so tempted by it.

Am v irritated about the m&s one. Sold out in all my local stores for over a week and sold out online but apparently loads elsewhere!

Ah Glossybox have put the calendar back upto £99 and removed subscriber offer. For black Friday its going to be 20% off. £79.20 it would be. Ill wait it out!

I've got the Revolution lip advent calendar, make up advent calendar, and countdown to New Year's Eve, they're all half-price on the website at the moment! (Except I got the the first two from the Superdrug website, gotta get those points!)

Charlotte Tilbury one from last year is half price (12 days)

I just weakened and bought the John Lewis one at 30% discount. I had some loyalty vouchers so worked out about £70. I was living frugally with M& S. Have had Liberty for the past few years. Will be interesting to compare. Liberty box is so beautiful though.

OK I also cracked, having restricted myself to the M&S till now, and went for 2 half price from Hearst Magazines sale

Grownup2, that Harper's box is a total bargain. The La Roche Posay balme, Dr Sebag serum (best seru m I have used) & Liz Earle cleanser come to more than £100 alone. I am wobbling.

I've got the M&S one, went wild and opened every box! Its fabulous-love the lipgloss and nail polish this year. I got the Look Fantastic one last night at 25% off, so £59. Couldn't resist but must stop there!

Does anyone know if an M&S thread has been set up in anticipation of starting Saturday?

My Harpers box arrived, not technically an advent calendar so I've dived straight in! Really pleased with it, most items are full size and a free three month subscription to a selection of magazines!

Has anyone got the Holland and Barrett one? I’ve got the M &S one but got the HandB one half price for £35. It's all full sizes and was very heavy. I’m very excited about it, more so than the M & S one.

Ive not seen any about! Last year i did get the m&s one for £35, but that was around the 3rd of Dec. Other's might go down then!
