Question: if you are over 35, would you wear a bikini like this?

Dh has given me this itsy bitsy bikini. and expects me to wear it in public (when we go on holiday). I am wondering whether I can pluck up the courage.

Dh seems to have overlooked the fact that I am not a tanned 21-year-old Australian model with a Brazilian wax: I am actually a pale-skinned 36-year old and only 5ft 2, with a Caesarean scar. Size 8/10 but nevertheless have a few wobbly bits.

I am very flattered that dh thinks I look good in it, but it is ridiculously skimpy.

So, what would you do? Should I just get into the holiday spirit, wear it and flaunt it, or will I look ridiculous?

(Dds are 2 and 4 so I won't exactly be lounging by the pool on this holiday; I'll be chasing round after them.)

The rhinestone ring one looks like you could do yourself some damage if yur wore it in the sun for too long. Try explaining that one to A&E.

And the mens one only comes in differnt waist sizes. Some poor chap mught be very disapionted if he couldn't fill it properly.

Not fond of getting my arse out in public or being witness to others doing it tbh. I think its possible to be a lot sexier whilst showing a hell of a lot less!!
