My name is kwick and it has been 7 days and 20 minutes since I last bought a beauty product…. but actually was trying to buy some stuff from The Ordinary yesterday and they were out of stock

I have abandoned Ultrabland as it's brought me out in spots. Last night I dug out my Liz Earle and with the C&P, toner and night oil my skin is much happier this morning and the spots on my forehead are going down already.

ipoke I have a lot of sheet masks and at one point (hot summer two years ago) I was using one every evening while cooking dinner and my skin did look fabulous. I gave it up once it got colder cos as you say who wants something cold and slimy on their skin!

pastures that brooch is fabulous, I think buying something worthwhile is better than spending loads on odds and sods, just wish I had the willpower to give up my odds and sods

Mowglik I really didn't enjoy using the mask but as you say, in hot weather it would be a lot more pleasant. Funny though, last night and today I have noticed that my skin looks nice, a wee bit glowing - I didn't notice any change immediately after using but I am actually wondering if it did in fact do "something"! On that basis, I won't rule out another go at it in future.

Kwick - Perfume Parlour does dupes of a huge amount of popular perfumes, specialising in roll on perfume oils. I have about a dozen different types ones and am really enjoying them. The small size is 3ml and only a couple of quid, so I thought well worth a punt on a few different ones. Have enjoyed using the dupes for things like La vie est belle, because it isn't as strong as the original and I prefer that...I like gourmand fragrances but if too strong, they don't like me. Google PP and have a look 😊

Another empty: G by giorgio beverly hills. Slightly bittersweet, this bottle was the last perfume my mum bought me before she died. Have had it probably at least 14-15 years and realised a couple of years ago that it had turned slightly and wasn't sitting right on my skin so had stopped wearing it. When I started these threads about my product hoard I looked at all the stuff i had that wasnt working for me and what could be repurposed: i have used up the last 3rd of this bottle as an air freshener in the bathroom. For that it has worked quite well and I have really enjoyed using it up ☺

The outline of a person, top right kwick (there's probably a technical term for it but I don't know what that might be!) Thats the 'my account' icon but I'm not using the app, just the mobile site. The app might be different?

ememem84 too late for that...I've been drooling over reaserching the Heat palette, but you're right, it doesn't really seem so pretty, and colours wouldn't suit me at all...

With oils and serums, can you use them both together under moisturiser as layers?

Wood yes you can layer, the lighter textures go first

A couple of empties here, a Sally Hansen nail oil and an Original Source shower gel which wasn't great and made my arms itch. Both on my 13 for Halloween though. Oh, and a travel size Dr Hauschka Rose day cream. I've just started a tube of the light version and my skin loves it, sinks in, but really moisturises and is fine under make up. Very happy with it.
