My name is kwick and it has been 7 days and 20 minutes since I last bought a beauty product…. but actually was trying to buy some stuff from The Ordinary yesterday and they were out of stock

Woodhill I also have blue eyes and prefer a bronze eyeshadow for special occasions as it brings out the colour of my eyes. Purples, greys just blend in a bit on me (I do have greyish blue eyes though. A friend of mine with bright blue eyes sometimes wears purples/greys and looks fab)

When is the big day? I love a wedding and haven't been to one for ages!

Pinkie you read my mind! I've had a couple of new season emails this morning and been pondering new clothes, but was thinking about not buying anything in September. I don't buy loads of clothes, although I'm partial to a good charity shop rummage, so I'm in. (Except I have M&S vouchers and I've seen a navy jumper that I want to try, but I'm guessing that's allowed as it's not real money?)

I'm not buying anything in September (unless it's actually needed).

I have a small empty- an Espa skin radiance moisturiser sample, 7ml. It was nice to put on, quite liked it. Not in my 12 to shelve though!
I think I'd like to join in no spend September as I have loads and it will stop me getting more stuff. Although tili box next edition is being released Friday. But I have looked at whats in it on facebook as they've shown 8 out of the 9 products so far and think I've convinced myself I'm not too bothered about this one. I already own (but have yet to use) 2 of the products anyway.

I have an empty:

• Superdrug dry oil for hair and body: I have only used on body - very nice. I have a Bio Oil in the stash - but gonna try and not break into until have new bathroom but may not be able to hold off

Another empty - Bulgari Aqua Divina perfume sample. Refreshing, simple, would not buy a full bottle but did not mind wearing this. And will find another perfume sample to finish.

Two empties - protect and perfect night cream and anais anais perfume. Both were very nice.

I will join in no spend in September. Though as i need new glasses and a new phone I'm thinking October might be a spendy month. Must stop buying face washes too. Hopefully this will stop me.

Ok. So no spend September is on. As is my 13 for Halloween. I've carried across the remaining of the 12.

I did have to buy another cleanser/toning water yesterday. But I had run out. And it was still August.

I still have no empties. Ive decided i just dont pamper myself enough.

Anyway, i'm carrying over quite a few from my 12 but a new list done. Consisting mainly of products that have been languishing in bathroom cupboard.

My ridiculous collection of samples from magazines....probably several years worth 😞

Have separated out all the shampoo/conditioner ones and have out in the shower to use them up. Not sure what to do with all the makeup/skincare ones, will have a look through and see which ones I might use....hate the idea of just chucking them in the bin.

I have an empty, avene anti ageing spf 50. Actually really like this and have got another one

Survived day one of my No Spend September and kind of/sort of made money (wishful thinking) as I reacted to the Marine Cream with spf so it's gone back. Normal MC is fine, must be the spf which is a real shame.

The other day I read about Lanisoh (?) nipple cream bring good for lips, and glad to say that it is! One to use overnight though, might get some funny looks if I get it out in public, given that my youngest is nine!
Oh, and a name change, I'm still Bunny!

Badgers I will make a DIY advent calendar using samples from magazines and online purchases. I used up over 30 samples that way last year!

Another empty after my shower, CCS foot cream this is a staple!

Frugal that's a great idea, I will have a think about that, really like the idea of a samples advent calendar. Kwick they aren't very exciting samples, and God knows how old some of them are ( I stopped all magazine subscriptions last year to try and address the clutter/ hoarding cycle I was in).
