That is very kind of you apples

Very good sponge

I have broken out in spots on the back of my neck - this happened last sunmer too but then attributed it to the IVF drugs I was on... but maybe I am allergic to Greece/the sun/summer ShockShockShockShockShock
I am treating myself to a bacial tomorrow as I cannot self-treat (wish I could squeeze them myself) Sad

I have an empty:

  • Aussie 3 minute miracle reconstructor: I like this and have another in my stash and a Beach one on the go already 😳

Always the way pastures. I celebrate anything less than a £40 spend in boots!

Awaiting word back from Darren kwick!
Are spots suncream related? My skin hates thick sun cream so always need a good shower in evening on holiday.

Finished very old monoi body oil which smells amazing but is always solid in my freezing Scottish house. Also finished hand therapy foot cream that I wouldn't repurchase and not on list so no badges for me yet. Also will be binning a Korean foundation that I used to love and recommended here (BB aqua jelly I think). I am in hairdressers looking at myself for hours and hate how it looks. MAybe it went off as it is in an odd bottle which exposes all of the product to the air rather than pump and it is about 2 years old. Bin it goes.

bunnybleu · 18/08/2017 11:17

I find hair conditioner can give me spots on my hairline, especially at the back. Annoying.

Finished a Vosene shampoo this morning so now I only have my favourite BS Ginger shampoo on the go. I really like this as it doesn't make my scalp itch and doesn't make my hair feel greasy.

Strawberryfield12 · 18/08/2017 11:41

Funny kwick, I have been having spots on my neck recently as well. I put it down to having shoulder/neck massage to release the tension and get rid of the headaches. They seem to be going now, phew!

I have sinned... Bought GH beauty box... I've been toying for some time with that I should try a retinol, but never got round it. And then they had their box reduced to £19.80 which has inside full size Paula's choice retinol RRP £53. So even if I completely ignore the rest of products I have saved £££ there. However, my stash has grown pretty visibly.

CantChoose · 18/08/2017 13:06

I have got spots behind my ears. It must be catching...
strawberry I saw your post and within about 4 minutes had purchased the box too. I have no willpower. I take no responsibility and blame you entirely.
In my defence I've had an epically appaling week and could really do with a pick-me-up.

Pengweng · 18/08/2017 13:16

Ah man! I just came on here to join in and try and use up all my face crap before i buy some more and i've now just bought the GH beauty box too! opps. I have just been looking at The ordinary retinol though so i guess i can use the Paula's choice one now instead and see how that does.

I really really need to use up the millions of hand creams i buy to try and make my hands pretty and then leave lying around. MUST MOISTURISE MORE!

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 18/08/2017 13:53

Ha.I have loads of handcream. Then I bought some more, cos it had spf in it, and the others don't. Thinking night hand cream, day hand cream. But I don't like putting it on before I go out as I don't like that slightly sticky feeling, so it gets left...

curragh · 18/08/2017 15:50

I'm using handcream on my feet at night to help get through the stash.

ememem84 · 18/08/2017 16:02

finished the grapefruit body butter! I went swimming today took the rest of it with me. slathered it on after swimming, then a lady int he next cubicle was "oh shit"-ing because she'd left her moisturiser at home. i slid it under the partition. told her to use the rest if she needed it.

she finished it and i binned the pot! hooray!!!

kwick · 18/08/2017 16:35

Another thank you so much for checking with Dr Darren!!! why oh why are his products not in Superdrug anymore??? maybe sun cream related - although I always shower at end of day on hols.

Bunny I do not think it is conditioner related as I only use on ends and then clip up so I can scrub my neck (Tati tip) but maybe it is that Confused

Oh Bunny is the BS ginger shampoo good for greasy hair?

What a bargain strawberry!

Oops sorry if I have started a spots epidemic Grin!!!!

Sorry your week has been pants cant - have some of this Gin

Welcome peng!!

Such a lovely thing to do eme

Forgive me father for I have sinned - but look what I got for just £29!!!!

I'm really wanting that box. I'm doing so well.

Have used up a NO7 facial suncream and hand cream this week plus simple face wash nearly all gone.

mintmagnummm · 18/08/2017 18:30

I finished a tigi bedhead conditioner this morn Grin

d270r0 · 18/08/2017 18:43

That GH box looks amazing! Hadn't realised it had that Paulas choice retinol serum in- but I must resist as I have just yesterday bought a latest in beauty box of 9 products for £18 and one of their collection boxes for £9.80, the perfume society scented skincare, which has 10 items plus a make up bag in it! So I have 20 new products coming- really can't buy more. MUST NOT

Moogletea · 18/08/2017 18:57

Argg just bought the GH Box. Such a bargain. Just finished eyelid mascara and now seem to have a new one on the way!

Also had a small Sephora visit today (rude not to when in Spain heh?)

mintmagnummm · 19/08/2017 06:34

Finished another dove Shea and vanilla shower gel, this is a staple for me. I may have bought a new night cream to try yesterday Confused

Strawberryfield12 · 19/08/2017 06:55

kwick you are not helping with that picture either. Grin

I think all my stash problems are coming from buying beauty boxes. I never used to have these problems before beauty advent calendars and boxes came up. Had some old products knocking around the bathroom (which I am dutifully using since joined the thread), but not numerous moisturisers, mascaras, etc.

pasturesgreen · 19/08/2017 07:08

I love your idea of celebrating anything less than a £40 spend in boots, PinkiePie! Way to go for me from now on, I think Grin

CantChoose · 19/08/2017 07:38

Thanks kwick, had some emergency wine last night!
That looks very bargainous. I've managed to avoid going in there so far but it's only a matter of time. Did you have something nice to eat afterwards? It looks a bit like Blixen but that nights just be because I can see plants!

I finished a neals yard frankinsense face cream that was free with a magazine but was quite big. I liked it but it was nothing special, I wouldn't repurchase.

Pengweng · 19/08/2017 08:35

Ooh I will put the hand cream on my feet which are shameful but then we have had a shit summer so haven't had to get them out.

Finished a nip fab face wash (loved and will buy another when I've used up the other six fave washes i have) and started on a burts bees one.

I still have lots of little tubes of moisturiser from the M&S advent calendar. Going camping soon though so will take a few minitures with me to use them up.

Jealous of The Ordinary stuff. Every time I try and order they are out of one thing i want and i don't want to order things separately. Need to find a stockist near me.

comeagainforbigfudge · 19/08/2017 11:49

1 - Rainforest shampoo
2 - Rainforest conditioner
3 - Body oil
4 - Mango body scrub
5 -Garnier cleabsing milk
6 - Garnier toner
7 - Lush popcorn lip scrub
8 - Nip&fab cleansing pads
9 - Givency lipstick mini
10 - Simple face wash
11 - Urban veda bodt wash
12 - Balance me face wash

Finally finished some products!!!

Nip &fab pads - might buy again in the future but have one of their face washes to use up first
Urban veda body wash - was ok smelling but never felt properly clean.
Body scrub - lovely! Was boots one, will put it on xmas/birthday list though. And try work through the crap tonne of body oils that still have

I think i will not get through the rest by end of month but will be a good start to next list.

The mini givenchy lipstick, despite applying a million times a day, just does not seem to be going down! Its nice on though. Might put that on my xmas list as well Grin

Purposely not reading/posting much as do not want to be tempted (beauty boxes are a lovely menace but ive cancelled mine. Will prob buy a beauty advent calendar again though Blush)

Strawberryfield12 · 19/08/2017 13:23

Have 3 empties:

  1. Aurelia big jar of cleanser, this was the list item on the twelve list;
  2. Oskia Renaissance mask from the advent calendar;
  3. Derma-nu (not that it means anything to anybody) eye gel. No idea why I bought it on Amazon about 1,5 years ago. Have been struggling to use it since it made all around eyes sticky. Used it up by applying in evenings with face oil on top. Relieved!
ememem84 · 20/08/2017 08:08

Popped into feelunique store yesterday to pick up my new pallette. Yay!
Also entered two competitions while I was there. Both to "support cancer" not people with it, or the research for cures, supporting cancer itself dh pointed this out but he was in a bit of a mood.

Anyway. One was to win a £200 voucher for the store and the other was to guess how many products were in the jar! So many... hopefully I'll win!

kwick · 20/08/2017 12:17

cant I was opposite Blixeb in the crepe place which was really naughty of me... I have been so good all week and in the last two days I hace scuppered it all 🙁

eme Feel Unique have a physical store?!

Have to chuck Evian facial spray was given to me and have been using to moisten fake beauty blender - there is still water in there but it ain't coming out Angry

The beautician went to town on my poor neck area yesterday- hard to tell if bacial has improved things but at least someone has had the pleasure of a good squeeze...

Showed my SIL The Ordinary stuff yesterday and had opened up the "Buffet" and applied before I had a chance to stop her so despite wanting to hoard until had used up a different serum have now had to start to use. Going to give her the Body Shop drops of youth youth essence lotion which is half full - not sure what this did and am tired of it.

kwick · 20/08/2017 12:37

Wow wow wow! I have just finished Chanel bronzy eye shadow from very old Travel Collection pallet I have been working my way through! Only two colours left!!! May only go for one more (dark brown) as other is a pale whiteish colour that I am not how to use...
Only 1 item left on my 12 to shelve list and that is nearly done with too!!!

OP posts:
woodhill · 20/08/2017 12:39

Hair conditioner 200 ml all gone, Dr Organics mask cut open 1 more use, simple face wash tiny bit left but pump bottle.

I agree that the beauty boxes cause the problem as you don't always want all the products and they linger.
