Little things that mean Style Death

I read the other day that one of the worst things you can do style-wise is to miss out a belt loop on your trousers. I've never done this, but I do permanently have a hair bobble around my wrist. This is apparently a big NO. What other little things should I not be doing?

I am a big fan of leggings. They allow me to wear nice frocks to work without flashing the small children and parents I work with.

I don't like it when they are put on with a summer dress on a hot day. I know why women do it. They want to be cool but they are too nervous to bear their legs. It doesn't look stupid but it will never be stylish (and thats what this thread is about).
Get your legs out. You will be more comfortable and fuck what anyone thinks about their shape or colour or whatever.

Those skin tone leggings were very alarming. The amount of times I thought I saw a woman walking down the street naked from the waist down Shock
WHY would you do that?

Ribbons with large bows in anyone's hair who's over twelve years old. These are cute on children but look silly on a supposed 'grown-up'.

I hate seeing white black items of clothing under sheer pale tops.

Ill-fitting bras - I once saw the back part of a bra hoisted up massively high above the back neckline of a top. I felt like advising her to get herself fitted properly.

That should read 'black items'.

My husband chooses all my clothes. it's just easier.... I'll tell you for why- because I own crocs(and wore them when we met actually Hmm! And I also bought white leggings, well they were black and white checked but still. I need this thread Grin

I would never wear closed in shoes without hosiery.

On a beautifully coiffed, glossy head of hair, ten or so broken-off hairs sticking straight up at the top.

Think it's from over-straightening.

Agree about the legging with summer frocks. I used to do that, it looks awful. Now, my legs are not the best-purple veins, pasty colour, but with a bit of Sally Hansen on them, or a splodge of cheap BB cream I feel the world can cope.
Being sweaty and uncomfortable is style crime #1!

Hurleygirl123 · 29/05/2017 18:51

I am a multiple hair bobbleon wrist offender... I see them discarded all over this bloody house ( by my dds) and automatically pick em up...no more tho...no more..
I thought of another heinous crime...joggers tucked into white socks!! WHY??

I was out at a Gin bar last night (tanqueray gin with elderflower and pink grapefruit Grinwas my personal favourite) and almost every other woman in there was wearing a cold shoulder top, five women at the next table all had one on. They look awful imo, they show off the worst part of the arm, they didn't do anyone any favours, no matter what age or size of wearer.

these are my sneakers.
All black, of course. Insanely comfortable, too.
