Lipstick challenge for January

Don't worry, its not a 'thing' - you don't have to post photos on Facebook or get sponsorship for charity. Just something I'm planning to brighten up a dull January

The idea is that you wear a different lipstick / lipgloss every day through January. I'm planning to stick all of mine in a big box and do a 'lucky dip' every morning. It will be a bit of fun (in a slightly pathetic way) and will be interesting to see which lipsticks I get excited about pulling out and which I'm maybe not that fond of anymore

Today I wore By Terry Cappuccino fraise. It felt very pink and it made me happy.

Any suggestions re a cooler, no shimmer Bitch Perfect?

As for cool toned no shimmer nudes I'm a bit stuck, you didn't say anything about matte though so refer you to Esscence Perfect Match and Wow Effect and Revlon Pink Pout. (I know it says pink in the name, but I consider this a nude.) Oh, and Gosh Velvet Touch in Nougat, the original, not the matte one. (Why they brought out another lipstick with the same name I do not understand!

Dulcimena I have Penelope pink which has a slight warm undertone. Or try Nude Kate which is cooler. Hopefully someone with more knowledge then I, will point you in the right direction.

I wore nars audacious 'Greta' today. With grey eyes and pink blusher. I love it so much. I think tomorrow I'm going to try the red layering trick that frugal said.

Today was Kiko bright rose pink. Limited edition intensely lavish. Love it.
Would love a wet n wild splurge too. Can we get it anywhere in U.K.?

Hi Jenny! Both LM products look gorgeous. One if my fav easy to wear lipsticks/gloss is Rosie for Autograph @ M&S Lip Glossy -SuperModel Smile. Non sticky. It's s handy one for the hand bag.

Lol not excitingly pink, just pinker than I am used to! I'm sure I must have a proper fuschia somewhere though...

Today I'm out of my lipstick comfort zone, I'm testing out a nude pinky peach lip with a browny lip liner under neath! It's my new Wet b Wild liner covering my lips completely then the lippy. I feel a bit 90s. I think it looks kind of nice in a retro way! I'll see how I feel!

I quite enjoyed my nude brown 90s lip today, I think tomorrow I'll fish out my Elle lipstick which is a brown with a hint of rose. I have a pure brown lip liner so I'm going full on 90s lip! I love trying new shades.

I'm wearing Marc Jacobs Understudy. A warm peach Nude. From the sheer lip gel range. Coverage is good, comfortable & brings me cheer on such a dank drizzly day.

Oh and I checked out Boy Gorgeous, Buster. Now that is pigment! Only had a quick play but understand why it's one of your favourites.

LOTD is Charlotte Tilbury Secret Selma. Quite like yesterday's By Terry one but more matte and doesn't taste like a nana's bubble bath. Good everyday pink.

Wearing a H&M lipstick pencil called Paint the Town Red. A higly wearable red (slightly on the sheer side) with a strawberry smell, not mega long lasting, but quite pleasant for a quick touchup.

Oh and do we have a thread and a theme for February?

Today I'm wearing a Pupa I'm a Matte fluid lipstick in a coral shade. It's bright and I've put on a Matte nail varnish in a soft peach, it doesn't really go but it kind of does, iyswim!
