M&S have really lost it imo...

not that they ever really had it!

I was in there this morning, there was not one thing I would even have considered trying on!

And the kids clothes - OMG - they fell into two categories, those that would look good if you are over 70 and those that would make your dd look like a tiny prostitute!!

Very odd.

Our per una department has recently trebled in size and it looks worse all spread out, then it did when it was contained in a smaller space. The clothes look like they are for a 60 year old trying to be trendy.

Lizzylou · 06/02/2007 11:10

Per Una is awful imo, my Mom loves it though

Still love M&S for basic tops/v-neck sweaters etc

Soapbox · 06/02/2007 11:22

Ghosty - would you like me to buy a couple of M&S bras and post them over to you?

A girl can't live without proper nork cages

CountessDracula · 06/02/2007 11:24

Dizzy the one I went into was biggish (kew retail park)

And it was full of women looking rather perplexed tbh

I bought two bras and matching knicks there yesterday for about £9 each, total bargain!

agree that m&s still gets the shoppers in

i still but undies and the very occasional thing from limited collection

i bet most people are attracted in there by a) the food hall, b) knickers or c) blue harbour (every middle aged british man has items from blue harbour i'd wager)

per una has always minged imho

frills, leopard prints, tiers -- ugh

CD is that freeze stuff progressive or instant?Sorry for hijack!

CountessDracula · 06/02/2007 13:21

instant

I really need to find a good progressive one but they all seem to be a fortune

I did try the clarins one which seems good but it is £60 a jar and I would use it every night so I just can't justify it.

i did read somewhere that an Olay Regenerist one was good but am worried I would be allergic

OP posts:
noddyholder · 06/02/2007 13:23

I am going to try it And then I am going to try skin jetting which a friend has had with amazing results

VeniVidiVickiQV · 06/02/2007 13:26

I got some clarins stuff as a freebie...must check what it is.

CountessDracula · 06/02/2007 13:31

The one i tried was the multi intensive super restorative night wear

CountessDracula · 06/02/2007 13:35

why what's wrong?

OP posts:
VeniVidiVickiQV · 06/02/2007 13:36

I dunno. I think whatever it was making my tongue feel funny has moved to my throat and chest. Just feel generally very dreadful. It's not a cold.

CountessDracula · 06/02/2007 13:44

oh bum

Get thee down the doc!
