That's pretty, BoSelecta. I just snagged a Hobbs dress on eBay, and am waiting to see if it's as nice as it looked in the photo.

Niminy - "maungy" - good word! Describes Poetry perfectly. And Toast. And the other one that's almost identical, whose name I forget. I started a thread about it once, all the overpriced, droopy, putty coloured stuff.

KanyesVest · 15/07/2016 13:31

Oh, I like those two dresses, although the hot pink zip pull on the Joules one would annoy me. I'm curmudgeoney like that.

Got my T-shirt order from h&m. They are very slim fitting and see though but because they are silk mixes I'm going to keep them as winter vests. The pure silk tops are an odd shape, very tight on the bust and massive around the waist. I'll keep them as winter layers, mainly because I like the neck line and they are the cheapest silk I've found in a while.

sorted for autumn '16 mum boots thankyouverymuch

Bought about a month ago. Love them, may even have already worn them in that month that told us it was June, but didn't act like it.

Gosh the sales were crap, even non sale stuff rubbish.

One pair of shoes from Zara.

My wardrobe is dire this summer.

Gorgeous pair of brogues today in the sale, reduced from €79 to €29. Butter soft leather and. Soft squidgy soles. Can't find them on the website, hopefully a pic will attach.

My Next sale haul arrived - unfortunately for my bank balance there was a surprisingly high hit rate!

The cashmere jumper was excellent for £25 - lovely colours! Glad I sized up. I also kept a burgundy wrap skirt (I have the same one in grey, and wore it loads last winter), a stripy metallic-knit top (for work) and a rather bright orange cardi (I'm a sucker for citrus shades). All will be perfect autumn/winter wear.

After a lovely first day of my summer fortnight off - shopping, lunch and a glass of prosecco! I thought it was time to resurrect this thread as lots of Autumn/winter clothes are now in stock.
Inspired by another thread I bought some tan Chelsea boots www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Dune+Parnell+punch+hole+detail+chelsea+boots/228768357,default,pd.html
Ruffle blouse www.marksandspencer.com/loose-fit-floral-ruffle-shell-top/p/p22476836?image=SD_01_T43_6696_Y8_X_EC_90&color=IVORYMIX&prevPage=srp
White company scarf thewhitecompany.com/Pom-Pom-Knitted-Scarf/p/PPCSF?swatch=Silver+Grey+Marl

Also a cashmere colour block jumper similar to the Next sale one ( which I ordered but the V was too low on me) but crew neck from M&S autograph.
Lastly a pair of mid/dark blue skinnies.

Really pleased with everything- just hope I haven't peaked too early with my Autumn shopping Smile

Nearlyadoctor · 12/08/2016 21:15

Nearly forgot - and a pair of shoes which I love, so totally different to anything I would normally choose.

DD aged 9 thinks they are awful, hopefully that's just because there so unlike my norm??

MumboNumber5 · 13/08/2016 14:48

Love the boots nearly - added to wishlist! Just bought some slouchy boots in the Office sale - watch the weather improve now...

witsender · 14/08/2016 21:30

Has anyone seen something like this...

www.toa.st/uk/product/womens+early+autumn/c1eff/denim+emmet+dress.htm?categoryref=%2fbasket.aspx&pcat=womens+early+autumn&adimage=&clr=C1EFF_Indigo

But without the £125 pricetag?

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 14/08/2016 21:50

Those Dune Chelsea boots are lovely (I find the flat ones look a bit jodhpur boot) but I Grin at the "£99 was £100' .....oooh a whole £1 off. Don't spend it all at once now Wink

Nearlyadoctor · 14/08/2016 22:06

70 yes made me smile too. I hadn't seen them online just came across them shopping in town so didn't see that until I put the link on.

Totally agree re jodphur boots which I think is why I've never had a pair of Chelsea boots before. In fact when I showed them to my son he thought he was being funny saying that didn't I have enough pairs of riding boots out in the tack room Smile

FlindersKeepers · 15/08/2016 12:26

Well, I got sent a 30% off voucher, so I thought I'd try something different.
Orange. Very orange.
Now having a wobble about it.
It will either be fantastic or bloody tragic. No in-between.
Gah.

Also have M&S olive green Chelsea boots coming, which are probably mumboot but fuck it. I wear shittons of navy, already have burgundy heeled ankle boots, they should do (& it was 20% off weekend on the eu site and I had another 30% voucher meaning 50% off new season boots).

RuggerHug · 15/08/2016 14:26

I am currently wasting works time eyeing up this www.lindybop.co.uk/search/purple-mad-men
And convincing myself I should get it for new job which I have 90% in the bag, I am told. Problem is if I wait until I hear for definite it may no longer be available in the sale. Can someone else decide for me?Smile please?
