Not a VB fan but I really liked her sparkly jacket she wore the night she weed herself other night. Loved the Casdei heels too. Anyone know where I could get a similar jacket? Tried to put a picture but crappy IPad keeps losing my post.

Looks/things I can't wear biker jackets. I think they look great on others but are not me. Skirts and ankle boots worn together is another look I like but looks wrong on me. I think in too short. Sad

I'm not a VB fan either normally. Missed the wee incident clearly so I'm not sure which jacket you mean Kitty
I've realised something a little concerning - my mood is directly linked to how interested I am in clothes and make up. The more attention I pay to them, the better mood I seem I be in.
When I was a teen I remember my mum telling me off saying my interest in clothes and make up was shallow and I should stop going on about it. If she hadn't said that I wonder if I'd have ended up in industry? Would have loved to work for a big beauty brand.
Rambling tonight and no alcohol consumed!

I love the boho with artfully mussed hair look but definitely can't pull it off - I look like I've crawled out of bed and raided the dressing up box!

VB looks great - I love that look. Looking forward to the ST article on the new UN look!

Queen I love the grey coatigan but I think I need a collar. Lib am trying to stay from black so grey or navy would be good.

Ladies, need some advise. Tried on the MiH jeans again and really love them, very flattering on the rear!
BUT as they are ridiculously long, will getting them taken up spoil them, has anyone had jeans taken up and they still look good? There is an alterations place just down the road from my office that I guess I could take them to.
Also decided the M &S navy Chelsea boots are keepers, look good with jeans and lots of tops I have so a good addition to the wardrobe.
Love that VB look, in theory I have (cheaper versions) of what she is wearing, wonder if I could pull it off for work this week, will try!

Yes, I also like that jacket kittyhello.

And biker jackets look stunning on others but I haven't even tried one on as it would look rubbish on me.

Same with denim jackets unfortunately.

shop I love stacking bracelets. Before going to bed I put some ready to wear tomorrow as I haven't done so in a while.

Vivawhen I took my ridiculously long flares to be shortened they kept the original hem and they look exactly the same as when I bought them. Honestly, you'd never known they'd be shortened. Just need to wear them now

Midi skirts are a no no too, as are biker boots - am too short.

Viva if the jeans are straight with no shape then it will be fine. It's when garments have shape to them that the effect is lost when they are shortened - which is why it took me so long to find flares.

I read about the VB incident on mn but don't believe she had an accident, more like a spilled drink. She did look pissed though!
