Oh it looks like they have discontinued the lrp physiological cleansing gel Shock

Blondiewoman007 · 01/08/2015 14:49

Boots don't have a slot for it any more on their shelves so I doubt they will restock it. I think it might have been replaced with physiological cleansing MILK. Not sure how this will compare to the gel.

Coconuticetea · 01/08/2015 14:56

They seem to have brought out two new micellar water cleansing gels. Has anyone tried these yet. If so how do they compare? Are they nice to use?

Melonfool · 01/08/2015 17:21

I always think of milk as being more nourishing than gel. It's possible they are changing packaging, worth writing to ask them?

DrankSangriaInThePark · 05/08/2015 11:06

Well hello, lovely quichers.....aren't you all looking fabulous! Grin
Been awol as am holed up in a boarding school (don't ask) on a summer camp with hardly any internet connection....am stashing up on products though everytime I manage to climb over the walls!

Can't remember who, or on what thread recommended it, but I am coming on to RAVE about the Superdrug Simply serum- currently 2 bottles for £3.50 and quite possibly the best serum I have ever used! Bought some on Sunday and my skin is transformed...was having a few rosacea style cheek inflammations but since then, wow! I keep stroking my own smooth soft cheeks like a blimmin' madwoman. It is amazing.

Flowers to whoever discovered it first!

My Biore SPF finally arrived today, I went for the gel version instead of the essence as I'd read somewhere that is was slightly less drying.

I'll report back after I've had a play.

lucysmam · 25/08/2015 14:11

ignore me, I'm placemarking for a read on the app while we're at softplay Smile

Not sure if there is a third thread , I looked but couldn't find one. Asking for clarity on a few things please. Am I supposed to use a serum or moisturiser over indeed Retinol reface? ( use twice a week).

Also am I supposed to use hydraluron morning and night ? if so do I use it with serum and moisturiser.
Finally I have read about the facial sunscreens to go over moisturisers and under makeup but are the spray facial sunscreens any good that go on last.

Apologies for the long thread. Oh I have combination skin if it helps.
Routine so far is
AM
No7 skin cleanser with muslin
Boots soltan once 8 hr sunscreen ( which I want to change as it has to go on bare skin) acts as a barrier so can't put moisturisers/serums on, then makeup

PM
No7 skin cleanser X 2 with muslin x1
Indeed Retinol reface or hydraluron
Aldi caviar night cream when using hydraluron, not sure if I should be though.
