Weekend away sounds lovely Mara - apart from the rain! We had our first bbq of the year tonight (well if you can call cooking homemade burgers on gas bbq 6 feet from back door, then eating inside, a barbecue!).

Yoox are fine Blair, I've ordered and returned things a few times with no problems.

I tried the next leopard shoes today.
They are lovely but too yellow for me.
I need a darker pair I think.

blair they have until the middle of July to give me an answer so I could still be waiting a while til I hear anything. I'm hoping they won't keep me waiting as long as that though!

VL good for smaller ladies - I think the Domino style works well. I like it but no good for me, I have the Volpe.

Link works for me novice, I've had a google and look on shopstyle/polyvore and it seems only Saks and Neiman Marcus have the "Bowler satchel". Couldn't see it on the Prada UK site. So not available in UK :( hope I'm wrong though.

Gah! Second link not working either. It's one of two Prada bags - prada daino convertible satchel or Saffiano Lux Bowler Satchel. In black. I can't see it on the Prada website.

You're right secretsq I have loads of time but I hate going away and wishing I'd packed something.....always want to take my latest favourite thing.

Ok- I would ditch the mint sweater, the red ensemble and the turquoise silk shirt. It's top heavy. Also what will you wear under various sweaters?
Try writing all your items out on a sheet of paper and join each item to what it goes with, if an item doesn't join to 2 or more others it's out. I read this on pin last year and it worked really well. Also sticking to a few colours helps as a lot goes with a lot. Too much time on my hands, oh yes!

Dry there have been a few pins tonight on packing/travel see here, here and here for inspiration. I always bring too much as I get into a flap worrying about weather possibilities or what if DD throws up on me etc. I never wear the half of what I bring.
