Howdy!!!! Squirrel 3 and I have decided that as we are a bit nutty, we'd like to set up the Nutty Stepmum's Club or NSC. If anyone would like to join us, please add to this post and prove that we are not the only nutters out there!

Great to hear from squirrel again

I was away on holiday last week, just me and DP - only a week in Ingoldmells but it was absolutely fantastic

And it's really nice to be back at work - but only cos I can go on MN again

Bloody internet is being sooooo slow today. typical. Ill ahve to go kick the lads in IS Cor cant trust IS to do anything right eh! (except us DBAs of course). Hurrah that you still ahve the laptop. we can have lots of Nuttyness today and boy do I need as was up all night with dd who has been sick. Left dp witha huge stack of washing to do this morning.

Just got back from a nightmare driving lesson!

I HATE IT!!!!! WHY DO I KEEP PUTTING MYSELF THROUGH THESE STUPID LESSONS WHEN I HATE IT SO MUCH?

NAAM, I drew the curtains, locked the doors, turned of all lights, am I am currently hiding in the cupboard under-the-stairs, typing away like a mad woman

I hope that dd is ok now and I hope dp gets all of the washing done by the time you get home, (it sounds really weird saying that, the bit about dp doing washing I mean, my dp doesn't even know how to open the washing machine door let alone how to work the blooming thing!)

You picked the wrong man Squirrel - my DP will do the washing, hang it on the line, bring it back in, fold it up and put it in the basket ready for ironing (he doesn't iron tho). He also hoovers up and on days when he's home before me (which is more often than not) my dinner will be on the table when I walk in the door

And yes, I do know how lucky I am
