Yes, all too sadly I understand!

I'm so thrilled for Palace that the luck went their way today, though - it means SO much to their fans (including my husband!)!

kiterunning · 17/05/2025 18:36

Brilliant Palace! I feel quite emotional. In solidarity with their fans who have finally won something!

Tiswa · 17/05/2025 18:39

Yes it is so lovely to see how much it means to the fans (and as I said Newcastle and Bologna in Italy and the German cup looks good as well) rather than the same people winning it and it not meaning as much

Maybe Harry Kane finally winning something has spread!

LetsGoFlyAKiteee · 17/05/2025 19:08

Awwww well done Palace!!!

TheSleepingGiant · 17/05/2025 19:27

Enjoy the celebrations Palace fans 🎉

Pep confronting Henderson at the end wasn't called for imo.

JasonTindallsTan · 17/05/2025 20:23

Well done Palace, savour it all, I still can’t believe we won a cup so expect this feeling to last a long time!!

Yes it’s been a good season for the underdog.

Pleased especially for Eberechi Eze, released or not kept on by four clubs in his youth but still continued with football.

TheBabyFatmoss · 17/05/2025 23:40

Was a fantastic day at Wembley although I may have aged twenty years at a couple of moments! Now on to Europe 🦅

DuncinToffee · 18/05/2025 10:02

Lovely to hear TheBabyFatmoss

I aged a few times the last couple of seasons for different reasons Grin

Yes, the perfect year for it as you have nothing to play for and so the atmosphere will be amazing.

That was a lovely send off, a celebration of Goodison Park and a win to wrap it up.
