Well, they've announced the calendar so we can have a thread now Grin

2015 races

Live on the beeb

Congrats Jenson and Jessica!

Will Lewis and Nico snipe at each other all season? Will little Verstappen (must stop calling him Jos jr) impress in his first race? Will Ferrari and McLaren improve or still be a bit shit? Can't wait for Melbourne!

Someone needs to discuss the drag that tache causes with JB. Hopefully it will blow off when he gets a bit of speed up. Dead pleased for wee Felipe Smile

Lol Jenson ' s tache is shocking almost as bad as the McClaren Honda engine. Hoping for good things from Kimi this season.

Well that was fairly dull. Good start for the Silver Arrows. Really pleased for the 2 Sauber boys great first race from them both
McLaren have no luck Sad Poor old Jenson Thanks

Was indeed a fairly dull race but I guess not a big surprise with so few cars on the grid.

Arnie as the interviewer was funny.

Great to see the new drivers give good accounts of themselves, such a shame that so many cars broke. Lots of work to do for the next race!

Also, in the deepest commentary ever, Nico looks rather attractive with an almost beard.

Did anyone see that necklace LH was wearing after the race? OMG it was hideous.

magimedi · 15/03/2015 16:14

It was indeed vile - but I wouldn't mind taking it down the pawn shop - must be worth a small fortune!

It was indeed a dull race, with only 11 finishing. Had a good snooze in the middle of it!

DH did comment that it probably cost the price of a house. I didn't see the race.
We have got rid of Sky Sports as i said we weren't watching it enough to make it worthwhile.

magimedi · 15/03/2015 16:36

Don't have Sky, either - just watched the BBC highlights.

Joins to despair at Button's tache. Wtf.

Do you think Button thinks it makes him look like Graham Hill?

Another with wtf for JB's car and tache.

I reckon Lewis fancies himself as a gangsta Hmm

Some of the pit crews are a bit rusty, eh?

I'm glad Jenson managed to finish but McLaren have sooo much work to do.

Impressed by the rookies, and Sauber did well.

I hope it's not going to be another entire season of 'which Merc will win this weekend?', it's well boring.

Lewis looked like a small child that's been rummaging through his mum's jewellery box.

Hello[waves]

Newbie signing in, have joined the fantasy league and just popping in to introduce myself.

Only saw the highlights show, didn't notice JB's 'tache (was probably to busy knitting). Lewis looked a prat though with his lord mayor chain. As you can see it's important bits of F1 are that are of interest to me, not bothered about tyres, kers[sp], what ever that other special thing is they can only use at cetain times.

Cheering for Vettel, Ricciardo and Alonso (hopefully, tis all very mysterious!) this year.

Aargh! Why does this thread keep disappearing from 'threads I'm on'?

I was hoping for better from McLaren this year, but then they have the rest of the season in which to improve.

A pity that there were so few finishers. (And starters.) I hope Valtteri makes back soon. I'm really looking forward to seeing how he does this season given how much he impressed in the last one, and Williams seem to have kept their improvements going.

Still, early days Grin

Pah, I stayed up, and then por ol Kimi.
Jenson looks like a twerp, and I think Lewis Gangsta chain is to prove he hates wardrobes.

Oh yes, poor old Bottas. Torn disc, was it? I wonder how long that will take until he's fit to race again. How did he manage that? Does anyone remember a few years ago one of the drivers injured his neck by sneezing? I think it was Massa.

Speaking of Massa, I think one of the Felipes should be made to change his name. Or they should just be referred to as Williams Felipe and Sauber Felipe.

And Ben Edwards should stop saying 'formerla one' because it's starting to make me twitch.

DH thinks they just need to pronounce Nasr's name properly then it won't be an issue. Given the difficulty they have with Sutil I don't see that happening so I second your proposal to use team names.

EauRouge we have a little drinking game during the pre and post race interviews, drink each time someone trots out the little gem. Strangely, I can handle it better coming from the Germans, but whenever Christian Horner says it, I get very stabby.

I've had a little fiddle with my team and now I feel mean, I've temporarily ditched Valtteri for Sauber Felipe.

Jenson seems excited about the updates for Malaysia, I really want him to have a good year!

Well, Red Bull are a bit upset about being shit. Funny how they are only calling for engines to be more equal now that they're not winning most of the races Wink

You must not have played the for sure drinking game when Kubica was driving, you never would have lived to tell the tale.
