Dd 10 has had a massive verruca under her big toe for over 3 years. GP said it would go of its own accord... it hasn't gone.
A few weeks ago she said it was hurting when she walked so I have decided to wage war on it.
So far we have tried soaking, filing and covering with a plaster, then soaking, filing and covering with duct tape for more than a fortnight but it made no difference.
Next weapon... Bazuka.
After 3 days, it look absolutely hideous....

On your TikTok on the right it will say “share” under an arrow, click the arrow and it’ll have an option to copy the link, then just paste it here. An account won’t be needed for any of us to view it

Had a friend who was plagued for years, tried everything and eventually went for acupuncture which did the trick, they disappeared and never had them again.

Does the verruca look or feel better after the excavation and removal of those thread like fibres?

OMG! That's disturbing. Your dd is very brave to let you do it. I used to slice the top of Ds's with a blade. Took a few weeks to get it all off.

Thanks all. I let her have a go at filing it in the bath but I think she was a bit vigorous as it looked a bit red. We are leaving it a couple of days before more bazuka...

Sunday meals.

Brunch... Scrambled egg, sausage, bacon, tomatoes. Calorie tracker puts it about 350-400calories.
Dinner... Roast chicken, stuffing, carrots, Brussels, gravy.

We also have apple pie, so will have a small slice later. I don't want to have no treats. But want to be careful not to have too many.(next week will be birthday cake)

Exercise... 2 mile walk to Sainsbury's, bit of shopping, 2 miles back up the hill.

I realised earlier... I need to loose about 25% of my body weight to be healthy. It seems shameful like that.
