What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?

DH had two of these!!!! I sterilized a needle and picked them out, like giant blackheads they were, twas amazing! 😍 Not that I'm encouraging you to dig around in your own back OP.....

Need to get a sterilised needle and loosen it up, will come out a gooden then

I'd have a needle in there for a a good scrape around. (Disclaimer my advice may be very bad).

Or sterilised sharp tweezers, the really pointy sharp ones.

A kirbie grip has a rounded end that can help push down around it. My sister sometimes does mine for me when it fills up!

Right I've tried the kirby grip and some tweezers and it's got to this stage.
Dp says he doesn't want to do anymore as it's got skin growing over it and he's worried about going through it.
He's put drawing ointment on it.
