What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?
Preferably tonight

Ok after a bit of research it would appear that the smaller the hole of the bottle the stronger the suction.
I've watched a video where you heat the bottle with water, put a straw in and seal with clay then turn upside down with straw over the blackhead.
I don't have clay but play dough should do the trick I will attempt tomorrow night

Could you do the splinter trick?
Slightly squeeze plastic bottle, place opening over splinter/beast of a blackhead, release bottle, splinter/beast pops out due to suction...

Stick needle in, dig off the skin cover, then squeeeeeze!
The photos won't be as good with the bottle method you realise

I would break the skin and put mag sulf on that.

Dear lord this is a brilliant thread to end a 13 hour shift on. I'm a student nurse. Let me at it!! I have a patient that I just want to squeeeeeze her blackheads. There are hundreds. Omg it's killing me not to do it

It's like a big hole which no matter how hard you squeeze nothing comes out. It's had a needle in it and mums scraped at it. I currently have mag sulphate on it and I will put olive oil on it (I've done this with splinters before and it works)
It's not like a spot that needs popping it's like it needs drawing out from the bottom of the hole.
