What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?
Preferably tonight

That's so gross. I love it. I really want a big blackhead somewhere accessible like my leg so that I can squeeze it.

Ds has lovely clear skin but the other day I noticed a HUGE blackhead on his ear!!! It was just under the curled over top but of the ear so really easy to get out. It literally must've come up over night as he's a sporner too and wouldn't have allowed anything to fester.

We bonded in the kitchen with me digging it out of his lug hole . It was a moment I'll treasure forever

When I was young I remember being horrified at my Dad's back when he washed himself in the kitchen sink (70s) because he had lots of those fellas!!!
I think they might be toxins? My dad currently has asbestosis and he worked around quarries and also garages..

Excellent thread! I am lucky enough to have a teenage DS who has lots of little spots and blackheads; he's like a gruesome version of a Girl's World doll. Sadly ( for me) he hasn't yet managed to produce anything like this for me to have a go at.

Hello I'm back nothing exciting to report yet it's a bit red from all the attacking last night. Dp has gone off to work early so I will ask the 12 year old to but some more mag sulphate on it this morning. I'm sure it will be the highlight of her day
