What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?
Preferably tonight

So sorry I've been away and just seen Dailys PM!!

But I'm sorry I don't really have an update. The bastard is still on my back and dp is now refusing to touch it as he's convinced it's something that shouldn't be squeezed so I had to pack it a case and take it away with me.

I can't really get to the nurse until the kids are back at school (5th of Sep if anyone is interested!!) so I will make an appointment then.
