What the hell is this?

Right this monster is on my back, I'm thinking its a massive blackhead?
It's got a hole in the middle and dp has given it a good squeeze (which is why it's red) after a soak in the bath but nothing.
Any ideas how to get rid of it?

I think a nurse at your GP's surgery would probably sort it quickly. A bit of local anaesthetic, a scalpel, and someone on hand to record the procedure for posterity.

I've heard good things about bread poultices? Warm milk and bread mixed tho a mush then put over and let dry.

Adorabel unfortunately my mum and her needle have been and gone with no luck.
I (dp/mum) will have another go tomorrow and keep you all informed, if no luck I will make an appointment with the nurse. Dp suggested I walk a few paces ahead on the beach twunt.
I need to keep him sweet so he will have another go.

Hottest flannel you can bear pressed repeatedly over the thing. Then some squeezing from all sides. Then some
More hot flannel and then you need one of those pushy down squeezy up black head removers!

If your DH won't have another go tonight put a blob of moisturiser on it as that can loosen things up. Mag sulph is best, then sudocream, the just moisturiser.

How about a hot bath with Epsom salts?

DH has one exactly like this!
I call it the Black Hole.
You have to squeeze it out from underneath, so start with fingers further back and sort of lift as you squeeze.
I do DH's about twice a year. Even when the blackhead is out it remains a hole.

when youmsqueeze these ones, you need a good thin muslin or hanky to really get a grip, or the fingers slip.
