Phoned yesterday, still not with a dm!

So when I rang this morning I asked this as I also have dd1s renewal to do and they said they still had her original diagnosis letter on file

13 Weeks 1 day waiting.. had 2 letters to say been recieved and other one saying upto 15 weeks..

That was quick I’m the 6/02 and heard nothing so you being a few days after her doesn’t matter

Nc sd 5/2 just phoned and no update and won’t hear till end of July

Doesnt matter to me but gives me hope quite a few of febs going through this month there doing all sorts of dates there not in order at all theres been a few middle febs gone through 11/14 & 16 Scan Dates

Ahhh!! I know it says not to call but I’m on hold now cus I’m too impatient lol

This is AMAZING!! IM so worried about the decision I will get but will defo take it to tribunal aswell. What was the process and timescales for tribunal if you don’t mind me asking. I’ve sent EHCP, SALT, Paeditrician report, blue badge assessment docs, nursery report and much more but it’s so hard to get HRM it seems. It’s nice to see a positive outcome and to 2036! AMAZING!!

Thank you, yes defo take it to tribunal if you need to! Once we received the MR decision notice I done the appeal online. The DWP have 6 weeks to respond but we heard nothing, it seems it’s common for them to go over the time they’re given. I’m not sure on hearing timescales unfortunately but I’ve seen another lady mention she’s waited 6 months and still has no hearing date. From the start of MR to this decision it’s taken 8 months. 25 weeks for the MR decision. Best of luck xx

Congratulations on award, good luck phoning! I phoned this time yesterday and got through straight away, didn't even get to the hold noise just straight answer! Hopefully it's the same for you!

i make that 17 weeks ? congrats!!! I’m approaching the 14 week mark

got through on the phone! Middle rate care and lower rate mobility until 2027. So buzzing for my son! Good luck to everyone else praying you all get awarded!

Years ago, don’t know if it same now each week they give a decision maker a load of claims. How fast yours come through depended on how fast the decision maker is. If they had time off annual leave, sickness you was left in the pile
