I also keep getting told different things got a very rude woman yesterday who said there is no need to call us before 25 weeks is up. So frustrating!

Have u tried pressing option 4 ?

I think what’s happening is the ones that are calling up are getting pushed back even more as there is someone on here with SD of feb after my SD and have been awarded I wonder if they note down when we call and how many times

Yes I always do. I got told they were waiting for info from school and it was with a decision maker. Then that it wasn’t with a decision maker yet and will be mid July at least. Then they said there was no notes about the school on their at all but it was with a decision maker. Then yesterday she just was rude and blunt and said do not call again before it’s been 25 weeks.
i don’t want to call again as I know it must be frustrating having people call up every day when they clearly state 25 weeks but it’s so hard when you see people saying just called up and got my decision!

this system needs a revamp asap!

In for a long wait for the MR, was hoping for a decision in the nc by end of July but probably looking like end of August

It’s all over the place someone on here today got awarded with a SD of 11/02 now if you called up and told them that they would say there not on feb yet I’m 6/02 and still waiting rang yesterday and she said at least 6 or 7 more weeks

I'm a week after you 13/02 and I called up beginning of the week to add extra evidence, I didn't ask for an update, but whilst on the phone he said I'll give you an update whilst I'm waiting for the screen to load, then say ohh your looking at August so no need to worry, you've got plenty of time for evidence to be sent but it's good to call and let us know so we can make a note of what's coming on to the file, I think it honestly depends who picks up the phone to what we are told!

NC S/D 30/1 still no news

I called last week to let them know I’m sending in Ehcp form now it’s been finalised I’m MR 22/1 week 17 (I think it is now) he said I can hear back anytime from now up until 25 weeks didn’t say anything about it taking longer

It doesn’t make any sense for in my head how can people get award after both of us and we both be told we got weeks to wait yet

@Mummyof4children I honestly think we just get told anything. As I was told Monday if I've not heard by Thursday/Friday to call. I rang yesterday just to honestly see what I was told to be told it's in progress. So rang this morning to be told don't know why you got told you will hear by Thursday/Friday as it's not even with a decision marker yet! 🤷

That’s crazy omg I don’t get it how are people being awarded from middle feb and the ones who are late Jan beginning Of feb still waiting how does that work what is the point of a SD if people after you are getting awarded before you I mean I get some of these people might have the special award that makes them go through a lot quicker but it’s so annoying

I agree, I sometimes think they make it purposely stressful so people don't apply, I feel so sorry for the MR's still waiting from November, it's such a long process!

Rang 2 weeks ago as had new evidence was told claim was now in the 'que', rang this week to be told my new evidence has been sent to decison maker, I said so does this mean it's with decison maker I got told no, it can take up to 25 weeks.

Rang this morning first time and only really to kill time in-between very delayed trains but they said up to 25 weeks still in a queue not with dm. However with my first child a few years ago they said that and got the money in my account less than a week later so never sure how accurate the info is...

It is really horrible the wait, especially when awards are all over the place and they are inconsitant with sending texts, people just randomly waking up to money. In this day and age it should all be done online, to upload evidence and check progress ect.

just called a decision was made on the 20/5 but wouldn’t tell me what it was should I be worried he told he could t say and to wait for letter explaining everything

@Mummyof4children yeah I've seen a few on Facebook been awarded from 16/02 so god knows what going on

@VickieC86 I would ring back and ask again hopefully you get someone different. I think it depends who you get on the phone if they tell you or not.

He was rude on phone like couldn’t t wait to hang up

@VickieC86 yeah unfortunately you do get some rude ones on the phone. i would definitely ring up and speak to someone else
