No not called, I'm currently waiting on a letter coming which if it does in time I'll be sending as referral proof so I get an excuse to ring without asking for an update, I've only rang that once for an update Wednesday, didn't want to annoy them lol x

just called didn’t even have a dialing tone, got straight through mine is waiting to be assigned to a case manager

Seen a few new claims awarded this morning from all sorts of dates Jan and Feb - 15 weeks next week, not holding my breath sd 18/02.

I’m 12 weeks today for SD is there anyone else in march im sure myself and someone called Betsy are the same SD is there anyone else?

What dates were they, I’m NC SD 17/2
not long range mines waiting to be assigned to a case manager so bet it will be a gd few weeks still

@Kelz23 I called this morning , btw they don’t know how many times u ring I got a rly rly nice lady bkus u have to go through security she says there’s nothing on the system to say when u last called or how many times
anyway mines waiting to be assigned to case manager xx

I seen a few done around my SD but I darent ring as I always get the moody ones 😂😂

I Tuesday and I rang about an hour ago got straight though woman was lovely said mine is waiting to be assigned to case manager

Does anyone know if For renewals do they look at old evidence previously sent in?

My sons renewal due July I’ve sent everything again xx

Old evidence and new, updated? I've only sent new evidence and some that is still the same as last as we're still waiting on asd&adhd assessment from before I first claimed so that was same evidence and all new ssp since last claim and opp and senco letter and speech language reports from previous 3 years and statements from myself

I resent his asd diagnosis then extra I sent his adhd, ehcp, ed psych report Cahms letter etc xz

@Kirstylou91 @Kelz23 I called, didn't even get the dailing tone got straight through. He just said it in a qué waiting for a decision maker. I reckon next week we will hear something

I must b the only one who rings every day 🤣 they do actually know I have rang at times as when in main queue they said no change from last time you called. MR has been with decision maker 10days today. Yesterday I got a grumpy one who said 11weeks once with the decision maker and today the guy said usually 2weeks.

I’m hoping that some case workers have been off this week ( booked leave for kids holidays) and they get through them quicker next couple weeks xx
