24/1 NC still waiting, last week told me in holding queue so officially given up calling 🤷‍♀️ (I’ve only rang twice) but driving me mad the not knowing 🙄

I know Iv given up calling now but you right the not knowing it awful, hopefully we will hear soon x

@Beede I'm guessing it whoever desk it lands on to how quick they do them as I've seen a few of people been awarded after your scan date on Facebook even a few February dates . And again it depends who you get when call as I've only called twice and been told 2 different things.

Just had the phone call decision made my daughter has been awarded hrc so relieved for my baby girl! sd 23/1 good luck everyone x

Our decision letter arrived this morning - middle rate care and lower rate mobility for my dd (who is 5). This is what I was hoping for so I’m very pleased. And the award is until she’s 11 which I’m very happy about. Was fully expecting to redo the forms in 2 years time.

MR 20/11 26weeks today!
just rang for update and spoke to case manager, they are currently on 16/11, she said mine should be seen next Tuesday and give a call back next Wednesday! They are currently taking 27weeks. She was on the phone for ages and was really nice, she said once with a decision maker it can take up to 14days for complex claims (which mine is)

Seriously does every single person get trained completely differently?? I just rang because on Friday I was told with a decision maker and to ring back middle of this week. Just spoke to a man who said the form goes to a decision maker as soon as they recieve the form and then it’s a 25 week from then to wait for it to be looked at so even though I called up for my form almost 25 weeks ago… I’ve still got 2 months to wait for a decision! Why can’t they all sing from the same flippin hymn sheet

Anyone got anything back from scan dates in February?

I’ve just rang and they said mine hasn’t been looked at at all they said I have a long wait so must just be picking up what ever they wish to pick up

The lady told me at the moment there working on NC for December but we all know that can’t be true because there’s people from Jan on here that’s been awarded I’m not gunna call no more

Oh really I’m 14/11 I might call for an update then

I guess it could be different for MR tho as I’m NC

NC 24/1 just rang up and a really nice guy told me over the phone the decision, award and everything that’s on the letter basically, the relief is immense! Hope you all get good decisions soon!

What was your SD

I just rang and they said there still working on December now if that was true then people on here wouldn’t be awarded with SD that’s in January

No someone rang me asked a few questions and then said she has been awarded hrc and to expect a letter and just said about back pay rates&thabkyou fingers crossed you hear very soon xx

Just called at 3.58 and got answered straight away didn't even hear the hold noise!

I chased ours up, the DWP have apparently lapsed our appeal and they should have contacted me, they of course haven’t, from what I’ve read online this is a good thing so I can only hope! I hope you get some resolve soon! X
