17 weeks today, heard nothing. I am assuming them changing the scan date in the system to April has pushed us further back in the queue 😔

Why did they change it ?

They didn’t know how or why. The “15 weeks” letter came in the post and it said they had received it the same date as the letter was drafted, phoned them up and they had actually changed it on the system too.
Bizarre.

Oh so did u get a letter saying they received it in January at all ?

They changed it back obviously but by that point it could have missed going into a DM queue.

No that was the first letter but did get a confirmation of the real scan date when we phoned up to send extra evidence.

maybe we should 🤣 an online portal would be much better like other people have said. I’m going to call when I get back from the school run in the morning. I only have 1.5 hours because of the distance. I don’t drive and my son is only in school for 2.5 hours. Not because he doesn’t enjoy it, he loves it, because they can’t meet needs. Mainstream 🤦‍♀️ ill let you know if I get through x

The hold times are a joke, I've seen it's best to phone at 09.00.01am😂 literally the second it hits 9 press call😂 i phoned last Wednesday stupidly at 4.10 and was fully certain I'd get cut off at 5 but thankfully held out and someone answered at 4.59

Sorry ive been m.i.a we've all not been well.

I rang up yesterday got put through to another department that escalated it last week after ringing option 2 but still no change and the man just repeatedly read off a script kept saying 25 weeks despite me saying it's almost 28 weeks.
So ended the call and rang back on option 4 spoke to a lovely lady who was apologising for the last fella and said he shouldn't ofnactednlike that. Looked at the claim said nothing had been noted to escalate it and that I must be so fed up.
She then said she was emailing management to mark as urgent as it's not fair or acceptable timing. So I thought great maybe a few days I'll have an answer......
She then tells me it should be done within the next 2 weeks 😐 so that will be near 30 weeks x

oh no:(( hope you’re feeling better soon, i seen a coc with sd of 12/11 today so no clue whats happening with yours! hopefully you’ll find some answers soon, will you call back at all or just wait now?xx

We've all been on antibiotics but on the mend now thankyou! Did you have a nice holiday? Hope you didn't sit stressing about your claim.
Honestly I think I've just wrote to much and they can't be bothered and keep dropping it down in the pile. I've done coc for high rate care and mobility. She said to ring in 2 weeks but I think I'll ring back on Monday. I'm debating ringing Friday but don't know if I can cope with the waiting on the phone to be told no update again.

Yea please do that’s what happened to my little girl but thankfully the local council agreed to place her in a special school so I’m thankful to them

Mine has been with a decision maker since 16th also so wonder if ours are with the same one? Let me know when you get a decision and good luck!

Is anyone still waiting from this date or before? I get told different things every time I call so I’m not phoning again, what will be will be.

apparently it’s with a decision maker but now I’m seeing all these Feb scan dates get approved I’ve got a bad feeling

I’m 23/1 still with decision maker well I’m assuming so anyway Iv given up calling now cause just keep getting told another 4 weeks wait

They also seem to be awarding late Jan & Feb NC
ive spoke to some people and there NC took 15/16 weeks
i shouldn’t be to long now NC SD 17/2

Renewal here runs out 24th the did decision yesterday 20th. Said he can’t see it his side just one has been made. So I have to wait for the letter. Anyone else have that is it bad news ?

@Mummyof4children I rang again this morning just to see on update as got told Monday it had a marker on and should be by Thursday/Friday. Obviously got another lady today who basically just said all I can advise is it taking 25 weeks and its in progress even after telling her what I got told monday. So I do think it honestly depends who you get at the time of ringing to what information you get

Where is everyone seeing feb sd are being done I’ve not really seen any?
