I just called them and spoke to some rude women who said people need to stop calling I've called once in the last week. Absolute waste of time.

How did you get through to quick I’m still on hold

Maybe they have just stopped answering us now I’ve been on hold for 1 hour might give up now

I should imagine that there is a team of decision makers who get assigned claims as they come in. If your DM is away on holiday then that would delay things (for example).

@Mummyof4children I was on hold for over an hour, she said claims are taking up to 25 weeks apparently. When I spoke to someone last week they said it was with a dm.

i rang yesterday woman was quite obrupt however i stated ive received 2 seperate letters stating 2
different time frames so all very confusing
u have a right to call and ask progress

My scan date is 17/02

im NC SD 6/2 I’ve given up trying to get through to them now

I need to call to see if they’ve scanned my son’s renewals forms. Been a month now and had no confirmation. Think I’ll give it a miss though

That’s what they said to me before but then I got through to a man a few weeks ago and he said just a couple weeks and you should have heard something it’s been like 4 weeks since I rang and I’ve heard nothing so confusing because you got people saying 25 weeks and people saying a few more weeks

Nc scan date 14/2 not heard nothing yet, I’ve not seen many feb claims done yet.

There’s been a few feb claims done guess we will have to sit tight and wait it out

Waiting game is the worst, I’m waiting on my sons renewal has well x

It will be my first time claiming dla for my daughter just hope she gets it

I've called them the women I spoke to was really rude and said people need to stop calling apparently the wait is 25weeks then she hung up on me

27/1 it’s been with a case manager 2 weeks and still no update

@VickieC86 that's ridiculous 2 weeks. They just say anything on the phone.
