Hey, thought I'd join this thread as I'm waiting for a decision too. Sent the forms in March (around 18.03) but the letter I got states that they were received 23.01 which must be a typo. Anyway, no decision yet. I phone 2 weeks ago as I had to new evidence to send. Hope I hear soon.

I recieve mines every 4th Tuesday. Doesn’t really depend on the date.

I rang up last week and was told its with DM
rang this morning and they said its in a holding que?? What does that mean?

Congrats on awards 😊. Is anyone else having a nightmare with UC for backdated disabled child element? I rang them yesterday as nobody had messaged in my journal and it had been 3 weeks, got a message this morning saying it has been escalated, anyone know how long it takes once its been escalated?

Any day for back pay but it's either a Tuesday or Wednesday for your usual payments depends on what day your back pay gets paid, mine is a Tuesday

I'm just calling for an update on my son's claim, I'm on hold and may have to end the call before someone answers. The automated service said if checking the progress to call after 20 weeks have passed. Has this always been the case? I was told 15 weeks for MR. It's just passed 15 weeks so I'm calling for an update but now I'm thinking do I just went for the 20 weeks?

Never mind I pressed the options for new claims instead of MR! oops!

When I called last Monday I was also told it was with dm but called Friday told its at the top of the pile no idea why they tell different stories constantly

i'm still waiting for UC to be backdated. We were awarded 7th June.
They just keep telling me there's no timeframe for them to get back to me and they can't give me any answers

How often are people calling for updates?
On 16+4 today called Monday last week told was with dm and Wednesday to be told not with dm and would be 2/3more weeks before went to dm then Friday as I had extra evidence I wanted to ask about if was worth sending off she told me it's at the top of the pile and they are doing overtime so could be any day now
It's taking all my will power not to call again 😞

That's great. You inspired me to phone. They confirmed the scan date was 21.03 but no decision has been made yet, it's still in the queue.

No just that it's gone to the decision maker.. I've heard it can take months
