It'll be ok but I do totally get your nervousness!
The wait is agonizing isn't it, as much as you tell yourself to push it to the back of your mind, its impossible!
I really hope you get your decision soon ❤

So happy to see people being awarded!!

I'm awaiting the results of my MR after being completely declined initially. I feel sick as it's getting closer.
the reasons for my initial decline were so unfair and go against how the claims should be assessed, has anyone had experience with making a complaint about this or am I best waiting for MR? Either way I feel like I shouldn't have had to go through MR in the first place. It seems to be one rule for one and another for someone else.

Trevs1988 · 01/07/2024 12:14

Hi everyone,

I have a scan date of 25/3 I'm hoping mine doesn't get looked at yet as I have had to send extra evidence in this morning. Daughter took an overdose and now needs constant supervision. Do I have to do an MR if they decide to award before the extra evidence is received? And does anyone know how long it takes them to add the extra evidence? My head is in a whirlwind, she was only discharged last week, any help would be much appreciated. Apologies if I don't reply to anyone I'm not being rude ive got loads on with a appointments and stuff atm Xx

It's horrible been through it with my daughters claim she was awarded Feb sent loads of evidence from. School etc with hers but this time. Round for my son I only had cahms mental health urgent response and. Referrals to neuro development school haven't been helpful regarding information only a email. They sent me with information they have of things in place for him to. Manage his anxieties and impulses I really do believe I'll have do an Mr this time. Round but I just need know so I can. Move on and get stuff together although there isn't much only salt. Assessment referral and referrals bk to cahms. Due to. Deterioration which is on this claim. As I rang it through on Friday don't think they realise the fight drains ya as a person

Does anyone know the difference/criteria between middle rate care and high rate care?

Does anyone know the difference/criteria between middle rate care and high rate care?

Middle Rate is either help through the night or day and High Rate is both night and day. I was worried we may not get HRC as my son hasn't been medicated for help with his sleeping and I didn't have any professional concrete evidence of night needs mainly just what I had written about how much help he requires through the night and how often and then his teacher had also written about how he is often tired through the day
