How is everyone?

This week has been hectic, I feel like I am going to meet myself coming back IYSWIM, Grin

But ds had first visit to 'big school' left there for 45 mins with portage teacher. and did brill!

Also music sessions are going really well.

and my best friend is moving 2 mins walk away from me, (rather than 25 mins drive, hurrah!!!! )

I am on the Wine althou it is white not red.

and I have decided to loose a stone by the time ds goes to school. (yeah I know thats a really wimpy target, but there are a lot of stones to loose Blush and I want something that feels do-able and not another burden.)

yeah, DS3 has learned that if he jumps on DS2 from the sofa, he can pin DS2 down completely Hmm ... and the shrieking involved.... earsplitting!

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:27

my sister's 51 and I'd push her if she got too close to me... sibling rivalry is forever, ya know Grin

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:28

Just checked on the DSs. Ds1 asleep, DS2 and 3 still wide awake and muttering. At half past 10! Bloody autistic spectrum.

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:29

My Dsis is 10 years older than me and we're still competing...

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:29

oooh still awake? impressed!!! DS2 is asleep at the moment - his best sleeping time is from around 7pm to midnight or so... then he's erratic - wakes up frequently, sometimes for ages... then up for good at 5... but hey, DLA says that's normal for a 4yo Hmm

TheNinjaGooseIsOnAMission · 13/05/2011 22:30

bang goes my hope they'll grow out of it then, what ever happened to 'it's just a phase' Grin

nenevomito · 13/05/2011 22:30

Flaming computer died - have just brought it back from the brink in time to say good night all.

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:30

it probably IS just a phase.... a very very loooooong phase Hmm

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:31

kick it babyheave - I find that helps many electronic things in our house Grin good night!!

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:32

I still want to know your ideal pet, babyheave.

creatovator · 13/05/2011 22:32

Ellen - DS has masses of soft toy animals and sleeps on them and surrounded by them. We think it gives him the input he needs. He also sleeps on the floor sometimes when struggling with something. Summer is worst cos of light nights - you only sleep if it's dark. We're quite far north and some nights don't have lots of dark!

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:34

a friend in AZ's ex-DH had a boa constrictor for a pet.. she used to get really upset because he let it wrap around the children (age 4 & 6) for fun. Hmm he really was a hamburger short of a happy meal, though.

creatovator · 13/05/2011 22:34

Babyheave - will send DH down virtually - he has a knack of making all eletrical equipment work just by being there. Goodnight.

intothewest · 13/05/2011 22:34

AHHH -I said I'd never catch up(teenagers doing purple hair dye,so I get the computer....and the mess)

Great bedtime. DS asleep....and now I'm on I'm going again ,'cos I'm really
old tired
Really glad I sort of caught up because I have been too busy to come on to SN lately .Lots of stuff has been sorted,so hopefully I will come on more, but not tonight-Goodnight,hope you all have good weekends

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:35

oh creatovator!! DS2 does that - although not always soft toys! He has TONS of toys and such in his bed... every night! Won't go to sleep without them there! Nice to know it's not just him....

creatovator · 13/05/2011 22:35

Night intothewest

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:36

DS3, (8) supposed to be NT, (yeah, right) has about 9 puffles, 4 teddies, 2 giraffes and a parrot, as well as 20 or so books in bed with him. What is it with puffles?

creatovator · 13/05/2011 22:36

Triggles Gives me an excuse not to make his bed Grin

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:37

goodnight intothewest ! purple hair, eh? be brave - join in!! Grin

I'm 45 here, so thinking it'll look too close to a blue rinse and I'd look geriatric Blush

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:37

um... what's a puffles? Confused googling now... curious

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:37

Night, intothewest.

intothewest · 13/05/2011 22:38

Okay I am going,but what's a puffle ?

Triggles · 13/05/2011 22:38

hmmm.. puffle.... wiki says club penguin... is that what it is?

creatovator · 13/05/2011 22:38

ellen My NT 7yo likes puffles too, but she takes Build A Bear, Ikea huge elephant and another toy to bed (depending on current 3rd favourite).

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 13/05/2011 22:38

Club penguin, Triggles. Your DS will be there soon.
