I did really well yesterday

B porridge with BOB milk apple w/ nutmeg & cinnamon hexa hexb

L omlette with turkey rasher pepper and spinach with extra on the side. Balsamic dressing Free

T chicken and pasta in homemade tomato and basil sauce Free

Treats strawberries with sweetner and quark
Chocolate layer fix 3.5

And then... whatever else I could find in the fridge and cupboards of an evening because I was fed up/ bored 🤦‍♀️ so syns unknown.

Sounds like a good few days blondes!

Yesterday for me....

B.... mushroom and spinach omlette.

L... chicken tikka wrap (ww hex b wrap) not synned the chicken as was half a syn per pack and I had half the pack so a quarter of a syn! With hex a cheese, spinach always spinach, peppers, cucumber, rocket etc. Was lovely.

D.... takeaway of chicken in black bean sauce and boiled rice. Saved my syns for this. Weighed it out and was 650g and it's 10 syns per 550g so counted 12 syns but I shared with my husband so 6. Boiled rice free.

Treat... strawberries and choc shot really enjoyed this and a few of the kids sweets.

Today won't be as good as I'm going out for a few drinks tonight!

Bit of a rubbish week - away with work for 2 days and really struggled to keep on plan and then out for a dinner party friday (total disaster) so dread to think how weigh in will look tomorrow. Yesterday was a bit better meal but definitely not as focused as I have been with chocolates from a Diary Milk selection box (definitely not as good as I remember but it didn't stop me having 3 Blush and didn't syn my evening meal but nothing disastrous I hope.

I have however planned for the week and feeling more positive as I'm desperate to hit 1 stone. Today will be:
B: Spinach and scrambled egg on toast B plus lots of coffee with milk A
L: Jacket and leftover chilli 2 plus side salad (balsamic vinegar for dressing so sun free)
D: Roast veg pasta free plus cheese A. Just need to avoid the garlic bread Shock yogurt 1
Snacks: cherry tomatoes, peppers and a banana plus diet coke

Well weigh in went surprisingly well with a 2lb loss but aware it can come back to bite you the following week so need to be really good! Today is:
B: egg & asparagus on toast B plus ketchup1 & milk for coffee A
L: beans on jacket with cheese A plus salad
D: leftover pasta 2 plus broccoli yogurt 1
Snacks: cherry toms, satsuma & square of dark chocolate 4

Yesterday

B overnight oats made with white chocolate yogurt. Forget the make but its 0.5 with chopped apple

L prawn cocktail with spinach free I have done a 1 syn version which tastes more like the real thing and is better but this one was nice enough. I used fromage frais, lemon juice paprika and balsamic and basil.

T lasagne spinach and sugar snap peas. Syns in lasagne unknown that although it was homemade just not by me and 5% mince but likely to have been fried in oil. Guessing around 1 or 2 to be save, based on the portion size.

Treats sour cream and chive snack a jack 4 orange hifi 3
7.5 total

Today

B potato in garlic frylight
2 x turkey rashers boiled egg and spaghetti hoops 0.5 orange

L cheese (hexa) and broccoli soup 1 slice wholemeal hexb

T plan to have the prawn cocktail again. Probably add some butternut squash too.

Also have some Strawberries that need eating.

Some days have been good weekend had a take away and a meal out so not sure what the results are going to be

The BOB milk is best of both. It is a yellow top. I believe you can have 300ML as hex. @Plantsandpuddlesuits Smile

D.... sausage pasta and pesto with courgette and sweetcorn in and rocket and spinach on side. 4 syns for pesto. 2.5 for heck chicken sausages

B...porridge the MoMA brand I like these ones. Today was the rapsberry and chia but my favourite is the apple and date one. Pear and banana

L.... lunch out with a friend at a vegan cafe. Hopefully chose well. Sweet potato soup and we shared a brownie. Maybe not that good then!

D....salt.and pepper chicken, noodles and stir-fry veg

L - 2 boiled eggs, 1 slice brown toast (no butter)

D - chilli con carne, rice and cheese from A choice - used a packet so 2.5 syns

Tonight I'm having a can of full sugar coke (I despise diet drinks & sweeteners)
Hummus SW to see recipe and veg sticks

Today's meals...

Breakfast...toast with 4 syns of peanut butter and sliced banana

Snack....coffee and 3 chocolates 9 syns

L....sweet jacket potato with FF cottage cheese and salad. Wasn't keen on the FF cottage cheese think I'll stick to regular in future but a smaller portion.

D...will be SW spaghetti carbonara with brocolli

All that porridge talk reminded me to change up my breakfast so also had my favourite version of porridge

Porridge with cocoa powder, half a teaspoon of vanilla, mixed berries and a drizzle of maple syrup all for 1 syn (porridge B and milk A)
Lunch usual jacket, beans and cheese A plus salad

Dinner - tofu stir fry - noodles, tofu, spices, veg, soy, eggs etc all free then allowing 3 for oil as spray oil never works in our wok + 1 for oyster sauce.

welcome @narcdad. Don't forget to add your speed with every meal - asparagus is a good side with egg on toast or there's a few of us that seem to add spinach to every meal Grin

I'll serve my chilli with half rice and half cauliflower - might get a bit windy here!
