Yesterday was a complete write off....3 hours sleep is not good for slimming world plans!

Anyway heres today... just been to Lidl for a top up shop got some good sw friendly things. "Gosh" sweet potato pakoras 1 syn each look nice for a warm salad or in a wrap for hex b one day. Turkey rashers free. "Coconut collaborative" vegan chocolate pots I've had these before they are 5 syns but really rich so worth it!

Breakfast....40g mix of shredded wheat bitesize and apricot wheats. Banana

Lunch.... just about to have leftover chicken sausages, fried in spray with some tinned potatoes again fried and mushrooms and spinach.

Dinner.....the last of the Bolognese from a few days ago out the freezer. Spinach and rocket.

@lechatnoir you can use whole egg in the mash and it is fine, I'm just a bit squeamish about it!
@Plantsandpuddlesuits some good finds in Lidl, always on the lookout for something new

Tho raw egg seems weird , or do you stir in and heat tho be like scrambled eggs

@Blondeshavemorefun just mash (maybe with a little milk), stir in egg and finish mashing. I've also mashed using a cheese triangle if I have spare hex A or wholegrain mustard. OH is the master masher and mashes with peas or pesto sometimes!

B: porridge B milk A berries
L: jacket with beans, cheese A salad & dressing 1
D: prawn and pea risotto with a side of broccoli

Snacks: G&T 5 (fever free light is 1.5 it turns out!) apple, cherry tomatoes, yogurt 1

Here was today

B.... protein yogurt, granola on top hex b. Banana. Blueberries.

L....made sweet potato coconut and chilli soup so 3 syns for coconut milk. And some tikka chicken pieces 2 syns. Apple and 2 tangerines

Snack....hi fi bar 3 syns

D... just about to make chicken chow mein so thats 3 syns for the sauce and 1 for noodles

Not feeling it at the moment this week tbh feels like a massive slog and being slim seems so far away. I'm getting a 12 week countdown this week to try to get my head in the game. Weigh in tomorrow, not expecting a loss tbh

I literally use stir fry mix and chicken or prawn etx

Then dried noodles

Ans soy sauce

So totally Syn free

What are you using for 3 syns

It was just a black bean pouch from asda. We usually just use soy sauce but thought I'd try this one for a change, it was ok not the best tbh.

I really really want a glass of wine tonight ☹️

I went to work today after taking time off...colleagues thought I look slimmer Smile Trying hard this week but yesterday I went off the boil. Anyway today's food:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (Hexb)
S - x3 low fat babybel & grapes
L - prawn salad with a side of cous cous & chick peas
S - apple & banana
T - Slimwell chips, Linda McCartney red onion sausages & beans
Syns - Hifi bar, X2 matchmakers, biscuit (10 syns)

Well weigh in for me was a gain as expected uurgh but only half a pound so I'm not overly concerned.

I got the 12 week countdown and can collect the book next week.

It's hard not to compare to others, a month on and I've lost 3 pounds. I'm actually really happy with that but a woman who started the same day as me got her stone award tonight. It seems so far away. My target is just over 2 stone but really it needs to be more like 5 stone but just set it at 2 for now.

I'm waffling so here's today's food.

B....Banana and white toast not the best start

Didn't have biscuit at playgroup 👍

L....jacket potato with cold cooked chicken, light mayo, jalapenos and gherkins. Salad and rocket on side

D.... chicken curry (jar so 6 syns) and rice.

Not the best day food wise. Anyway onwards and downwards!

Im slow and steady. Generally a lb a week. Sometimes more

Other seem to lose 3/4 every week

I don’t feel I’m on a diet as such

I do seem to eat the same stuff like

Spag bol
Chicken stir fry
Chicken salad
Jackets
Mince and rice
Toast beans ham egg fruit for breakie if have time

Then use Syns on crisps and skinny bars

Yesterday was going so well then I messed it up.

Ive just paid flipping £60 for a 12 week countdown. DH says stick out the countdown and reasses then. I think I may just weigh and go at group, I'm not getting anything out of it, haven't clicked with the leader, I'm deaf not sure if I said and its really hard to hear in the group with all the screens etc, plus I have to drive there so it takes up a long time

Anyway here was yesterday...

B....40g shredded wheat and apricot wheats with blueberries

L...at a friend's house we had jackets with cheese and a beautiful salad she had made, loads of stuff in it and I really enjoyed it. Plus a walk

D...5 nuggets so 8 syns and a m and s curry ready meal shared with DH. Lamb Rogan Josh 1.5 syns spinach Dahl 1 syn and rice 1 syn. This is a fab low syn option if anyone is looking for a quick meal. Then I picked at the kids leftover chips and burgers ffs even though it already had my allocated nuggets as a treat. Uurgh. Although had hot ribena rather than my usual Fri wine at night!

Todays plan....

Just had tea and water, don't fancy breakfast will have brunch with DH in a bit.

Got leftover homemade butternut squash chilli and coconut soup 3 syns. Will have that with turkey rashers mushrooms and eggs I think. And spinach. Always spinach lol

Dinner is turkey tacos. I'll just have 1 taco rather than my pre sw 3-4! And will have rice instead. And salad.

Off to a friend's tonight for a glass of wine will try to eek it out and really enjoy it.

Hey @Plantsandpuddlesuits sorry you don't get on with your consultant. You can change to online even if you have a countdown though you need to ring them I think...
