Yesterday was going so well then I messed it up.
Ive just paid flipping £60 for a 12 week countdown. DH says stick out the countdown and reasses then. I think I may just weigh and go at group, I'm not getting anything out of it, haven't clicked with the leader, I'm deaf not sure if I said and its really hard to hear in the group with all the screens etc, plus I have to drive there so it takes up a long time
Anyway here was yesterday...
B....40g shredded wheat and apricot wheats with blueberries
L...at a friend's house we had jackets with cheese and a beautiful salad she had made, loads of stuff in it and I really enjoyed it. Plus a walk
D...5 nuggets so 8 syns and a m and s curry ready meal shared with DH. Lamb Rogan Josh 1.5 syns spinach Dahl 1 syn and rice 1 syn. This is a fab low syn option if anyone is looking for a quick meal. Then I picked at the kids leftover chips and burgers ffs even though it already had my allocated nuggets as a treat. Uurgh. Although had hot ribena rather than my usual Fri wine at night!
Todays plan....
Just had tea and water, don't fancy breakfast will have brunch with DH in a bit.
Got leftover homemade butternut squash chilli and coconut soup 3 syns. Will have that with turkey rashers mushrooms and eggs I think. And spinach. Always spinach lol
Dinner is turkey tacos. I'll just have 1 taco rather than my pre sw 3-4! And will have rice instead. And salad.
Off to a friend's tonight for a glass of wine will try to eek it out and really enjoy it.
