Thanks for all joining in on last thread And hello to anyone new

Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

@troppibambini so far I've had serious cravings for golden delicious apples and melon so I'm obvious all about the fruit 😂 I was practically drooling in aldi thinking about the apples!

Change of plan for me today.

B - coffee a+1

L - Barely managed my frittata and had it with cous cous instead, which I think has syns but don't have the app to find out but it's cous cous so can't be that bad 🤷🏼‍♀️ didn't eat it all as I couldn't stomach it. Though did snack on it a bit later

D - I ended up having 3 potato waffles and beans for tea because it's just what I fancied. The waffles were 2.5 each so 7.5 there.

I got some of the new mint skinny crunch so I'll have 2 later as I'm dying to try them 🥰

@Bl0ndi3 I say girl too - craved oranges like a madwoman when I was pregnant with DD!!

B - Greek yog and mango/raspberries/banana
L - roasted veg pasta
D - tortilla wrap pizza and SE chips with corn on the cob(HEA and B)

S - skinny latte (HEA) satsumas, Parma ham (fat removed) and a kinder bueno (12 syns)

I’m making a sheepish return to this thread after 2 weeks off plan Blush. DD’s birthday last week was the catalyst and it’s been downhill since. Back on it today though, will go to group Monday, take the gain and try to get back on track. Today’s meals:

B - banana
L - tuna pasta salad (1.5 for mayo)
D - Chicken kebabs with chips and salad
S - 2 hifi bars (HEB) and maybe an ice lolly

Think worked out was something like 80 syns

Will try and have 10 a day

B toast b ham beans eggs

L homemade carrot potato onion soup

T sw banquet rice

S crisps 3.5 bar 4.5

Well first weigh in since the end of August, and despite eating my way around the West Country during septembers holiday, and not getting back on the waggon very quickly once home; I’m miraculously exactly the same weight as I was at my last weigh in! I’d clearly gained; but have been back following “the rules” for the last week or so, so guessing I’ve basically just had a good week and lost whatever I’d put on.
Really quite happy with that!

B toast butter 3 marmite apple

L ham salad mayo 1 - possible soup as salad doesn’t really fill me up

T chicken stir fry and tons of veg

S crisps 3.5 bar 4.5 total 12

Yesterday was a shocker ending in a takeaway LOL. Oh well!

Today-

B - coffee a+1
L - jacket potato cheese beans with salad (a)
D - chilli with rice and salad (a)

S - melon ❤️ a rice cake (2) oh and a few dinky deckers (4)

E - swim 40 lengths

I've also started batch cooking some cauliflower and butternut squash soup for this week might throw in some coconut milk and a bit of Thai curry paste so I'll have to work out syns once I've portioned it out

Big week ahead for me redundancy meeting on Wednesday and then a private scan on Saturday terrified for both!!

Breakfast - pancakes with maypole syrup, yoghurt and blueberries
Lunch - chicken tikka wraps
Supper - sausages and mash as I didn't want to go out in the rain for a joint!

Update I got 7 portions out of the soup (lol can I freeze it?!?!?) and it's roughly 2.5 per portion due to the coconut milk and Thai paste.

It's really delicious too if I dooo say sooo myself just hope I have the appetite for it this week!

Had a good day today until DD decided to order herself a Chinese a little while ago - I ate 2 duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and loads of prawn crackers 🤦‍♀️ Was doing great up until then!

B - banana
L - pasta n sauce (0.5)
D - beef stew with lots of veg
S - halo top ice cream (4), 2 hifi bars (HEB)

I’m just hoping the bit of Chinese I had wasn’t more than 10.5 syns Blush

I think they must be wrong

Duck no fat is free. The onion and cucumber is free

Sauce is 1.5 per table spoon so maybe .5 per wrap

So the actual wrap can’t be 13.5 !!!
